Только мне кажется, что это восхитительная тема для политиков-популистов и под лозунгами «Это же детииииииии!» все автопилоты обяжут делать какой-нибудь «правильный» выбор.
Сам считаю, что системы без полезной обратной связи маложизнеспособны. «Без полезной обратной связи» — это когда дорогу в неположенном месте перебегала полоумная беременная мамаша с тремя детьми на руках, а погибнет почему-то холостой бездетный водитель в уклоняющейся от столкновения машине. Нафига при таких правилах мамам с детьми вообще пешеходные переходы и светофоры? Чеши, куда хочешь, жизнь накажет не тебя. От таких правил бед станет только больше.
P. S. В будущем, где автопилоты научат делать «моральный» выбор и всегда спасать детей (а управлять машиной самостоятельно запретят, по историческим меркам, очень скоро), люди будут по пути на работу с удовольствием подвозить соседских детей до школы, а то ведь неизвестно, какой псих под колёса кинется :–) Ещё появится рынок всяких нелегальных заглушек, которые будут сбивать с толку автопилот и внушать ему, что внутри машины всё время ездит целая детсадовская группа.

I myself believe that systems without useful feedback are unviable. “Without useful feedback” is when a crazy pregnant mother with three children in her arms crossed the road in the wrong place, and for some reason a single childless driver in a car evading a collision dies. What for, under such rules, for mothers with children, generally pedestrian crossings and traffic lights? Cheshi, wherever you want, life will not punish you. From these rules there will only be more troubles.
