Для последних выборов подобные результаты уже опубликованы в Живом Журнале, но он работает с перебоями.
Графики из журнала Maxim Pshenichnikov (oude-rus.livejournal.com):
1) Положительная корреляция между явкой и процентом голосов за ЕР, то есть приближенно чем больше явка, тем больше процент голосов, отданных за ЕР (это может объясняться и спецификой голосования отдельными группами граждан)

2) На графике разными цветами показано количество УИК, где явка была такая-то (горизонтальная ось) и за ЕР проголосовало столько-то процентов (вертикальная ось). Где цвет красный - таких УИК много, где синий - вообще нет. Например, при явке в 51% за ЕР с результатом в 25% проголосовало 10 УИК.

For recent elections, similar results have already been published in LiveJournal, but it works intermittently.
Charts from Maxim Pshenichnikov magazine (oude-rus.livejournal.com):
1) A positive correlation between the turnout and the percentage of votes cast for United Russia, that is, approximately the greater the turnout, the greater the percentage of votes cast for United Russia (this can be explained by the specifics of voting by individual groups of citizens)

2) The graph shows in different colors the number of PECs where the turnout was such and such (horizontal axis) and so many percent voted for EP (vertical axis).
