Доброе утречко???? В моем окружении кофе пьют почти все, причем есть как заядлые кофеманы, так и те, кому просто нужна чашечка утром для бодрости. Мой ежедневный вариант - черный с ложечкой сахара, чтобы ненароком не заглушить приятную горечь ☕️ Видимо я стала взрослой, потому что раньше был изредка "детский напиток" со сливками и двойным сахаром ????... В остальное время чай... много чая. А какому напитку вы доверяете доставлять кофеин в организм? Что добавляете: лимон, сливки, коричку?
