Помощник Президента РТ Наталия Фишман в 5 утра выехала в Челны, потому, что в 8:00 в городской администрации - "Деловой понедельник", собрались хозяйственники, совещание по паркам. Потом - выезд в Сидоровку (это Мытищи Набережных Челнов - окраина, я имею ввиду) - там сейчас живут люди - плотно, и скоро будет жить ещё больше людей - три дома по социальной ипотеке заселят. Наиль Гамбарович говорит: "Неужели мы будем равняться на вандалов? Говорят, улица воспитывает. Смотря какая улица". Тут людям нужен парк. На этом выездном совещании с руководителем исполкома Наилем Магдеевым решили провести проектный семинар. Что это такое? Это жители собираются и с экспертами договариваются, что им в этом парке на сама деле нужно и как это устроить. В последний раз по Парку Победы в шахматном клубе решали до 23 часов - все, и мэр тоже. В итоге будет совсем другой парк - нужный, правильный. Потом - поехали в Нижнекамск. Там с главой администрации Айдаром Метшиным смотрели парк Тукая (какой это прекрасный парк, друзья!), который после масштабной реконструкции готовится к открытию. Потом - пошли в модеризированную библиотеку рядом, она изменит тут отношение к библиотеке как к месту. Затем - обратно в Казань, к 16:00 - на совещание в Кремль. Оттуда - в 17:30 - в Штаб Татар, на встречу с экстремалами, представителями спортивных сообществ. Обсуждали всё - от идеологии до диаметра брусьев на воркаут-площадках, и что в парках их нужно размещать подальше от детских - опасно, и как прокладывать лыжню, и правила строительства скейт-парков. Затем - в 19:00 - встреча в парке на ул. Даурская - Карбышева. Там (как везде) жители просят усилить охрану. Проект дорабатывается, чтобы дорожки шли там, где люди протоптали тропинки - и при этом не нарушали ПДД, так как бабушки хотят переходить дорогу где хотят, а не по пешеходному переходу. Потом в 20:30 - встреча по фестивалю в парках и активностях в День города и другие выходные. Параллельно и позже - встреча экстремалов с представителями городской администрации - потому, что на встрече ранее стало известно, что не все договорённости были раньше достигнуты, а важно, чтобы все. Ночью я готовила утреннюю рассылку, а Аня с Лилей - релизы с итогами этих встреч, чтобы это стало, например, основой новых проектов реконструкции.
