Наблюдая картину дорожающего рынка новостроек, задаюсь вопросом:"Себестоимость, конечно, дело понятное! Но в 21м то веке, за что просят застройщики такие деньги?! Где тот самый комфорт и "ништячки" третьего тысячелетия в вопросе создания комплекса и непосредственно квартиры для Нас любимых????"
Ответы на эти вопросы Мы получаем от проектов одной из строительных компаний, которая реально ДУМАЕТ о своих будущих жителях, а не просто продаёт квадратные метры!
Вашему вниманию наивкуснейший комплекс Московский 65!????????????
-архитектура - моя слабость - ну не насмотришься! ???????????? Микс неоклассицизма и сталинского ампира
-планировки, Вы удивитесь, их 80 типов на 411 квартир????????????и их прорисовывал Человек из Народа! Таких бы в КГИОП!!! Я бы его в Минстрой отправил, министром сразу))
-место центровое - что на тачке, что своим ходом - мимолётно! ????????????
-потолки от 3 до 6 метров????????????
-идеальная белая отделка - готовая к Вашей бурной дизайнерской фантазии!!!
-окна... их тьма тьмущая! В пол, увеличенные, круглые 1,8 в диаметре!
Вобщем, ребятушки, проект - самый Сок!
Моё мнение - Надо брать!
