Не повышать, а понижать надо возраст совершеннолетия!
Как они не понимают: чем позже человек получает всю полноту гражданских прав и обязанностей, тем более недоразвитым он остаётся... Алкоголь и табак - это вообще последнее в списке, не об этом надо беспокоиться! Когда здоровый лоб вынужден просить у родителей деньги "на поесть", это НЕ нормально! А работать несовершеннолетнему почти невозможно, такие драконовские правила, что ни одному работодателю не нужен этот гемор.
Это не защита "детей", а уродование молодёжи...
