Once upon a time...Почти 21 год назад.. в марте 1996 года..состоялась моя первая заграничная поездка. Мой первый полет на самолете! Да еще и без родителей - было мне тогда полных 10 лет! И летел я не к бабушке на отдых, и не в лагерь на море)) Летели мы группой школьников в Лондон на весенние каникулы изучать английский язык с native speakers, "обмениваться опытом" и просто узнавать "другой мир". У нас тогда не то что понятия "шведский стол" не было, у нас и супермаркет никто не знал как выглядит. Цветущие в марте нарциссы, левостороннее движение, Лондонский Тауэр и Замок Виндзор, какой-то другой "непонятный" английский, изучение языка и произношения по песням Ace of Base ( Happination, All that she wants, etc) - Англия, Лондон и вся поездка целиком тогда казались чем-то из другой реальности! Once upon a time ... Almost 21 years ago .. in March 1996 .. my first trip abroad took place. My first flight on an airplane! Yes, even without parents - I was then full 10 years old! And I didn’t fly to my grandmother for a vacation, and not to a camp on the sea)) We flew a group of schoolchildren to London for spring break to study English with native speakers, “exchange experiences” and simply learn “another world”. At that time, we didn’t have the concept of a "buffet", nobody at our supermarket knew what it looked like. Blooming daffodils in March, left-hand traffic, the Tower of London and Windsor Castle, some other "obscure" English, learning the language and pronunciation of the songs Ace of Base (Happination, All that she wants, etc) - England, London and the whole trip then seemed like something from a different reality!
