Кто-то всерьез верит, что сырьевая экономика может быть прочной основой для чего-то еще, кроме олигархии? Наоборот, кто-то считает, что смена власти внезапно изменит экономическую базу страны?
Глядя в зеркало, Россия увидит седеющего мужичка с пузом, который никому особенно не нравится. Когда-то у него были звездные моменты, но общая картина безрадостная. Мужику грустно и хочется напиться, хотя печень уже ноет и нога хромает. Выпив, он вспоминает о былых победах и хочет снова ощутить себя супергероем. Но он давно не герой. Даже когда он совершал невозможное, это ему удавалось лишь титаническим напряжением, за которое он потом расплачивался десятилетиями. Ему нужно заняться собой и совершить над собой усилие, забыв о гордости и смелых мечтах. Вместо пивных ларьков он мог бы искать области, в которых можно сделать что-то ценное и побороться за новые ниши.
Но мотивации что-то делать, на самом деле, нет. Денег в стране хватает, чтобы их можно было распределить между небольшой верхушкой, и будет хватать всегда, пока есть какая-никакая экономика. Мозгу очень комфортно. Он легко отдает нефтяные деньги пенсионерам и врачам, металлическими содержит полицию и армию, а себе забирает львиную долю налогов компаний и граждан. Идеальная схема.
Думаю, России нужна не столько революция – очередной праздник популизма и несбывшихся обещаний – сколько банальная мотивация. Митинги и протесты не мотивируют Россию, от них можно отмахнуться, как от назойливых мошек. Ни один митинг за последние 10 лет не принес никакого результата. Объективна и тревожна только одна сторона вопроса – деньги. Казалось бы, нам хочется видеть Россию могущественной и процветающей страной, но на этом сразу начинают паразитировать олигархи. В итоге инвестиций не хватает, отрасли тормозят, страна скатывается в рецессию и кризисы, даже когда остальной мир отлично растет!
Чтобы в бюджете было меньше денег, обреченных на разворовывание, надо идти от обратного. Надо становиться хорошими специалистами и уезжать в другие страны, где созданы лучшие условия для работы и жизни в целом. Налоговая база постепенно сократится, бюджет упадет, бюджетники будут очень недовольны, олигархи еще больше, и в конечном итоге правительство зашевелится.
Уехать и не поддерживать режим, который вам не нравится – это единственный мирный, законный и эффективный способ помогать стране в текущий момент, а заодно не портить себе жизнь.
