На повестке модная тема - чему надо учиться в 21 веке. Если вы вобьете эти слова в поисковике, то вылезет стотыщпятсот презентаций с одинаковым текстом, нещадно содранного с пафосных презентаций какого-нибудь Кена Роббинса, сэра.
Перечень этот убог, и включает такие перлы как критическое мышление, командность, сотрудничество и все это воспринимается как давешний лозунг - "Догоним, значиццца и перегоним...". Трактор в поле дыр-дыр-дыр, все мы боремся за мир.

Что в переводе означает:
Если вы 200 раз повторите, то средний человек на 8-й раз поймет, умный на 34 поймет и на 58-й сделает, а дурак скажет сразу - все понятно.
Но на самом деле вопрос - чему учить неверный, поверхностный. Правильный вопрос - ПОЧЕМУ НАДО УЧИТЬСЯ ОПРЕДЕЛЕННЫМ ВЕЩЕМ самим и учить детей? Когда мы понимаем предпосылки и логику происходящих процессов, вопросов не возникает, а только действие.
Вопросы возникают, когда МЫ НЕ ПОНИМАЕМ происходящего, потому, что не знаем, куда смотреть. В этом секрет, трюк - надо знать куда смотреть...
Но и здесь собака порылась. Для меня не проблема показать куда смотреть, но я не могу сделать так, чтобы люди начали видеть. Нет, нет, не то, что я вижу, я на это уже давно не надеюсь. Хотя бы что-то. Простые контексты...
То, что я называю мягкими сигналами будущего... Более глубокий уровень - связи между контекстами, которые приводят в движения массивы людских интенций.... Но чего-то меня занесло, надо же про то чему учить....
Но этот вопрос все равно вытекает из "почему". Проблема в том, что у всех нас разный уровень возможностей. У большой корпорации много ресурсов, но много инерции, тем не менее, ресурсы определяют бОльшую вероятность прорыва....
Кто достаточно творческий и самостоятельно мыслящий и квалифицированный, и ИЗ-ЗА этого его карьера в корпорации не состоялась, и никогда не состоится... У него нет ресурсов, кроме того, что он умеет и 24 часов в сутках. И это очень мало, но от этого зависит вся оставшаяся жизнь.
То, во что такой человек инвестирует ничтожную долю 24 часов, оставшуюся от работы на дядю - определяет целиком его будущее...
Но это верно и для бесчисленных представителей микро и малого бизнеса, включая тренеров, педагогов, консультантов и разных умельцев. Они не работают на дядю, а на клиента, и это не меняет смысла рабства, и не дает перспективы.
У этого есть ясные причины, это не бином Ньютона, это примитивная стратегия, когда сразу очевидно, что данный путь ведет в никуда.
А куда? И почему?
Я понимаю, для 99% то, что я делаю и как живу - шоу бизнес, развлечение. Люди видят странные зигзаги... и считают это слепотой. Однако, мне кажется, что по прямой ходят только идиоты. В этом мире нет прямых дорог, в природе нет ничего прямого. Человек любит все прямое - линии, углы, других людей. Не потому, что лучше, а потому, что ТАК легче, проще... Лучше упрощать мир, чем следовать его течению. Для этого надо быть .... некоторые скажут безумным. Но не есть ли безумие, отчасти, что-то, что мы не можем, а чаще не хотим, боимся понимать....
И больше всего мы не хотим понимать неизбежности, сияющего вала будущего, который неизбежно раздавит нас. Китайцы проклинают, желая жить в эпоху перемен, но теперь это не работает.
Нет больше эпохи покоя и эпохи перемен. Все сейчас одна большая перемена, которая становится все больше и больше, из привычного порядка превращаясь в хаос.
Только идиот может ставить вопрос - чему учиться в 21 веке? Правильный вопрос - чему учиться в то время, когда хаос становится нормой, а предсказуемость мифом.
И вот, вам 33+. Все, что у вас есть - 24 часов в сутках, этого мало, но от этого зависит вся оставшаяся жизнь.

В 99% вещах у вас нет шансов конкурировать с корпорациями, даже с небольшой командой у вас нет шансов конкурировать, потому, что там процессы настроены и команда эффективней одиночки.
Но с чего-то надо начинать? Нескольким сотням миллионов человек с чего-то надо начинать, двигаться куда-то, что имеет перспективу...
Что-то, где вы можете конкурировать с кем угодно, где - один в поле воин.
