Так получилось, что в ночь, когда я сидела в ТИКе и ждала протоколы, я опубликовала посты только в инстаграме и в фэйсбуке. Публикую и сюда, чтобы был.
Сейчас эмоции немного другие, в том числе пытаемся расследовать ситуации с тремя участками в округе 1 и тремся участками в округе 2, где подсчет голосов велся некорректно, так что за ним невозможно было нормально следить наблюдателям. На этих же участках аномально больше голосов у ЕР, чем у нашей пятерки. Корректный подсчет мог бы дать шанс пройти двум независимых кандидатам в Совет.
Посмотрим, что сможем с этим сделать. Но про это я напишу, как разберемся. Ниже заметка от 11 сентября, примерно 3:30 утра.

Прямо сейчас, пока я все ещё жду протоколы в ТИКе, я очень хочу сказать спасибо всем, кто меня поддерживал, спрашивал, как дела, писал, что верит в меня. Всем, кто проголосовал, и всем, кто наблюдал. Это настолько вдохновляло, что появлялись силы продолжать что-то делать. Сейчас чувствую себя очень обогретой миром.
Мы не прошли. У нас не было вбросов и серьезных нарушений. У нас были самые лучшие и смелые наблюдатели, которых мне было очень приятно координировать (вообще люблю координировать людей). У нас были перегибы в комиссиях, в т.ч. выводили ПСГ с полицией, потому что сомневались, что подпись кандидата в направлении действительно принадлежит ему... Х_Х
Но ключевое, что повлияло: низкая явка из-за отсутствия информации о выборах и админ ресурс ЕР. Схемы через море надомников от соц.служб мы разбили, и я очень горжусь нашими ПСГ. А вот агитировать и информировать можно было больше.
Я очень рада, что участвовала в этих выборах как кандидат, потому что я узнала много нового о себе и о других.
Что я узнала или вспомнила:
- Идея научиться водить, потому что можно "перевозить вещи внутри района" на самом деле про координацию наблюдения на 21 УИКе. И вообще выборы - лучший способ выучить свой район.
- Люди устали от Единой России, и они прекрасны. Общаться с незнакомыми людьми в рамках соц.опросов/агитации очень увлекательный опыт, всем рекомендую.
- Я умею разбираться в законах и спорить, ссылаясь на них. Ого, какая я. Но хорошо, что есть горячие линии с юристами.
- Уровень поддержки среди знакомых, которые в итоге за меня голосовали и наблюдали, немного пугает, но заставляет быть ее достойной. Спасибо вам!
- Оппозиции очень не хватает хороших переговорщиков. Очень. У нас плохо получалось договариваться по командам и агитации, но в конце мы смогли скоординировать всех независимых кандидатов и организовать общее наблюдение. Так что шанс есть :)
На фото, к слову, УИКи 1900 (округ 1) и 1907 (округ 2) - они в одной школе размещены. И на фото кандидаты от 1 и 2 округов - как символ того, что однажды оппозиция научится договариваться и мы станем ближе к прекрасной России будущего.

Right now, while I am still waiting for the protocols at TIK, I really want to say thanks to everyone who supported me, asked how are you, wrote that he believes in me. To everyone who voted, and to everyone who watched. It was so inspiring that forces appeared to continue to do something. Now I feel very warmed up by the world.
We did not pass. We had no stuffing and serious violations. We had the best and most courageous observers, whom I was very pleased to coordinate (in general, I like to coordinate people). We had excesses in commissions, incl. the PSG was taken out with the police because they doubted that the candidate’s signature in the direction really belonged to him ... X_X
But the key thing that influenced: low turnout due to lack of information about the elections and the admin resource of EP. We broke the schemes across the sea of homeworkers from social services, and I am very proud of our PSG. But to agitate and inform could be more.
I am very glad that I participated in these elections as a candidate, because I learned a lot about myself and others.
What I learned or remembered:
- The idea to learn how to drive, because you can "transport things inside the area" is actually about coordination of observation at 21 PECs. In general, elections are the best way to learn your area.
- People are tired of United Russia, and they are beautiful. Communicating with strangers as part of social issues / campaigning is a very exciting experience, I recommend it to everyone.
- I can understand laws and argue, referring to them. Wow, what am I. But it’s good that there are hotlines with lawyers.
- The level of support among friends who eventually voted for me and watched me is a little scary, but it makes me worth it. Thanks you!
- The opposition really lacks good negotiators. Highly. We did not manage to agree on teams and campaigns, but in the end we were able to coordinate all independent candidates and organize general observation. So there is a chance :)
