А вообще Мельбурн мне очень понравился! И не удивительно - являясь столицей штата "Виктория", тут половина улиц, площадей, домов, музеев, соборов и т.д. названы в честь меня ???? И парламент Виктории тоже тут)) Кстати, Мельбурн 6 раз подряд признавали самым комфортным в мире городом для проживания. А ещё это самый южный в мире город-миллионник. Интересно, что Мельбурн - второй по величине город в Австралии с населением ок. 4 млн. человек, после Сиднея (4,5 млн). А вот столица страны - город Канберра, где живёт меньше 400 тысяч. Дело в том, что в одно время не могли определить столицу между двумя крупнейшими городами страны и решили, чтобы никому не было обидно, сделать столицу ровно посередине между ними ????
