"Настя! Если решишь опубликовать информацию о происходящем со мной, то попробуй распространить ее как можно более широко. Это увеличит шансы на то, что я останусь жив. Знай, что в колонии ИК-7 действует целая мафия, в которой участвует вся администрация учреждения: начальник колонии майор внутренней службы Коссиев Сергей Леонидович и абсолютное большинство сотрудников колонии, включая врачей.
С самого прибытия в колонию 10 сентября 2016 года у меня сразу отобрали практически все вещи и подкинули два лезвия, а затем при обыске «нашли» их. Здесь это повсеместная практика — применяется для того, чтобы обязательно посадить вновь прибывших в ШИЗО, чтобы они сразу поняли, в какой ад попали. В штрафной изолятор меня отправили без всяких постановлений, но при этом отобрали все вещи, включая мыло, зубную щетку, зубную пасту и даже туалетную бумагу. В ответ на эти незаконные действия я объявил голодовку.
11 сентября 2016 года ко мне пришел начальник колонии Коссиев с тремя сотрудниками. Они вместе начали меня избивать. Всего избивали за этот день четыре раза, по 10-12 человек одновременно, били ногами. После третьего избиения опустили голову в унитаз прямо в камере ШИЗО.
12 сентября 2016 года пришли сотрудники, сковали мне руки за спиной и подвесили за наручники. Такое подвешивание причиняет страшную боль в запястьях, кроме того, выкручиваются локтевые суставы и чувствуешь дикую боль в спине. Так я висел полчаса. Потом сняли с меня трусы и сказали, что сейчас приведут другого заключенного и он меня изнасилует, если я не соглашусь прекратить голодовку. После этого — привели к Коссиеву в его кабинет, где он в присутствии других сотрудников сказал: «Тебя еще мало били. Если я отдам распоряжение сотрудникам, тебя будут избивать гораздо сильнее. Попробуешь пожаловаться — тебя убьют и закопают за забором». Потом избивали регулярно, по несколько раз в день. Постоянные избиения, издевательства, унижения, оскорбления, невыносимые условия содержания — все это происходит и с другими заключенными.
Все дальнейшие взыскания и выдворения в ШИЗО были сфабрикованы и основаны на откровенной лжи. Все видеозаписи, на которых мне объявляли взыскания — постановочные: перед тем, как их снимать, мне говорили, как себя вести и что делать — не спорить, не возражать, смотреть в пол. Иначе говорили, что убьют, и никто об этом не узнает, потому что никто даже не в курсе, где я нахожусь. Я не могу отправлять письма, минуя администрацию, а администрация обещала меня убить в случае, если я буду писать жалобы. Настя, в моем первом письме из ИК-7 я писал тебе про ЕСПЧ, чтобы обойти цензуру и дать хоть малейший намек о том, что у меня не все в порядке и мне требуется помощь (ни одно из писем Ильдара из колонии мне не пришло. — прим. Анастасии Зотовой).
Я прошу тебя опубликовать это письмо, поскольку в этой колонии — настоящая информационная блокада, и я не вижу других возможностей ее прорвать. Я не прошу меня отсюда вытаскивать и переводить в другую колонию: я неоднократно видел и слышал, как избивают других осужденных, поэтому совесть не позволит мне отсюда бежать — я собираюсь бороться, чтобы помочь остальным. Я не боюсь смерти, и больше всего боюсь не выдержать пыток и сдаться.
Если в России еще не уничтожен «Комитет против пыток», я прошу их помочь в обеспечении права на жизнь и безопасность для меня и других заключенных. Я прошу предать гласности информацию о том, что майор Коссиев напрямую угрожает убийством за попытки жаловаться на происходящее. Я буду рад, если ты найдешь адвоката, который сможет постоянно находиться в Сегеже и оказывать юридическую поддержку.
Время играет против меня. Видеозаписи с камер наблюдения доказали бы и пытки, и избиения, но на то, что они сохранились, остается все меньше и меньше шансов. Если меня сейчас снова подвергнут пыткам, избиениям и изнасилованиям, я вряд ли продержусь больше недели. В случае в моей внезапной скорой смерти тебе могут сказать, что причиной тому стало самоубийство, несчастный случай, выстрел при попытке побега или драка с другим заключенным, но это будет ложью, это будет спланированное администрацией убийство с целью убрать свидетеля и жертву пыток.

On September 11, 2016, the head of the colony Kossiev came to me with three employees. Together they began to beat me. In total, they beat four times that day, 10-12 people at a time, kicked them. After the third beating, they lowered their heads into the toilet directly in the punishment cell.
On September 12, 2016, employees came, shackled my hands behind my back and hung me by handcuffs. This suspension causes terrible pain in the wrists, in addition, the elbow joints are twisted and you feel wild pain in the back. So I hung for half an hour. Then they took off my underpants and said that they would bring another prisoner and he would rape me if I did not agree to end the hunger strike. After that, they brought to Kossiev in his office, where he, in the presence of other employees, said: “They still beat you a little. If I give orders to employees, they will beat you much more. If you try to complain, they will kill you and bury you behind the fence. ” Then they were beaten regularly, several times a day. Constant beatings, bullying, humiliation, insults, unbearable conditions of detention - all this happens with other prisoners.
All further penalties and expulsions in the punishment cell were fabricated and based on outright lies. All the videos on which the penalties were announced to me were staged: before they were shot, they told me how to behave and what to do - do not argue, do not mind, look at the floor. Otherwise they said that they would kill, and no one would know about it, because no one even knows where I am. I can’t send letters, bypassing the administration, and the administration promised to kill me if I write complaints. Nastya, in my first letter from IK-7 I wrote to you about the ECHR in order to circumvent censorship and give at least the slightest hint that I’m not doing fine and I need help (I didn’t receive any of Ildar’s letters from the colony. - approx. I ask you to publish this letter, because in this colony there is a real information blockade, and I see no other way to break through it. I do not ask me to get out of here and transfer to another colony: I have repeatedly seen and heard other convicts being beaten, so my conscience will not allow me to escape from here - I am going to fight to help the others. I am not afraid of death, and most of all I am afraid not to endure torture and surrender.
If the Committee against Torture has not yet been destroyed in Russia, I ask them to help ensure the right to life and security for me and other prisoners. I ask you to publicize that Major Kossiev directly threatens to kill for trying to complain about what is happening. I will be glad if you find a lawyer who can constantly stay in Segezha and provide legal support.
Time is playing against me. Video recordings from surveillance cameras would prove torture and beatings, but the fact that they survived is less and less likely. If I am now tortured, beaten and raped again, I’m unlikely to last more than a week. In the case of my sudden imminent death, they may tell you that the reason was suicide, an accident, a shot while trying to escape or a fight with another prisoner, but this will be a lie, it will be a murder planned by the administration in order to remove the witness and the victim of torture.
