Товарищи создают цикл «Советское караоке», выпустили вторую песню — «Марш энтузиастов»
Большое им спасибо! Одна из моих любимых песен (в варианте «мечта прекрасная, как солнце ясная») — теперь и на английском!

Продолжаем работу над циклом «Советское караоке». Готов второй видеоролик: песня «Марш энтузиастов», гимн строителей молодого Советского Союза. Как и прежде, слова на русском и на английском (перевод моей сестры, Ольги Юрченко).
В качестве исходника я взял видео с песней в исполнении Владимира Бунчикова на фоне кинохроники первомайских парадов 30-х годов. В данном исполнении имеются определённые отличия от кинофильма «Светлый путь», где эту песню поёт Любовь Орлова.
Отличие во втором куплете, и весьма интересное. Там, где Орлова в фильме поёт «Мечта прекрасная, еще неясная», Бунчиков поёт «Мечта крылатая, мечта прекрасная». Тут определённо видна полемика. Она ещё более обнажается, если знать, что в другом эстрадном исполнении, Ирины Архиповой, поётся «Мечта прекрасная, как солнце ясная».
С одной стороны, героиня фильма, Таня Морозова, поёт песню про себя — и там понятны сомнения героини, недавно бывшей лишь неграмотной домработницей. С другой стороны, песня про строителей молодого СССР — а в государственном строительстве, тем более происходящем на совершенно новых основаниях, нет готовых чертежей. С третьей стороны, петь на всю страну и весь недружественный мир подобный гимн с толикой неуверенности — чревато. Потому и существуют различия в тексте.

We continue to work on the cycle "Soviet karaoke." The second video is ready: the song "March of Enthusiasts", the anthem of the builders of the young Soviet Union. As before, the words are in Russian and English (translation of my sister, Olga Yurchenko).
As a source, I took a video with a song performed by Vladimir Bunchikov against the background of a newsreel of the May Day parades of the 30s. In this performance there are certain differences from the movie "Bright Way", where this song is sung by Lyubov Orlova.
The difference in the second couplet, and very interesting. Where Orlova sings in the film “A beautiful dream, still unclear”, Bunchikov sings “A winged dream, a beautiful dream.” There is clearly visible controversy. She is even more naked if she knows that in another variety performance, Irina Arkhipova, “A dream is beautiful, like a clear sun”.
On the one hand, the heroine of the film, Tanya Morozova, sings a song to herself - and there she understands the doubts of the heroine, who recently was just an illiterate housemaid. On the other hand, the song is about the builders of the young USSR - and in state building, especially taking place on completely new grounds, there are no ready-made drawings. On the third hand, to sing to the whole country and the whole unfriendly world such a hymn with a bit of uncertainty is fraught. Therefore, there are differences in the text.
