ЛДПР поддержит обращение КПРФ и «Справедливой России» в Конституционный Суд Российской Федерации с просьбой проверить соответствие пенсионной реформы основному закону страны, 4 декабря заявил лидер КПРФ Геннадий Зюганов, сообщает ИА REGNUM.
«Мы подготовили обращение в Конституционный суд, Жириновский обещал мне, что они подпишут, вроде бы день назад они согласились. Мы продолжаем активно бороться, я уверен, что сама жизнь и наша воля торпедируют это решение, для этого созревают все условия», — сообщил лидер КПРФ.
Таким образом, общее число депутатов (90 депутатов) трех оппозиционных парламентских партий России — ЛДПР, КПРФ и СР, позволяет обратиться в Конституционный Суд РФ и проверить, соответствует ли новая пенсионная реформа основному закону Российской Федерации.
Напомним, ранее к необходимости осуществить обращение в Конституционный Суд страны о правомочности пенсионной реформы со стороны парламентской оппозиции призывал депутатов политолог Сергей Кургинян, лидер движения «Суть времени», участники которого собрали и передали в Администрацию Президента РФ более миллиона подписей противников повышения пенсионного возраста.
