При Ленинской библиотеке есть магазинчик, где они продают списанные книги (вполне официально). Цены там кусачие, но книги бывают очень любопытные. Сейчас вот, например, выложили на продажу бюджеты РСФСР за двадцатые годы (называются "Роспись общегосударственных доходов и расходов Российской Социалистической Федеративной Советской Республики на такой-то год"). Стоит каждый тысячи полторы-две, брать их на мой взгляд имеет смысл пачкой, чтоб анализировать доходы-расходы в динамике. Там тома за 1919, 1920, 1922, 1924-26 гг. Я думаю это может снять ряд вопросов про "откуда деньги?" и про эффективность НЭПа в целом. Кроме того, там продают подшивку газеты "Экономическая жизнь" за 1923 год (в трех сброшюрованных томах, выпуски газеты №№1-71). Росписи доходов и расходов стоят вместе 8800 рублей, газета 7500 рублей. Плюс ряд интересных книг двадцатых годов по рационализации производства и опять-таки финансам.
Я не готов такие суммы тратить из своего кармана, но возможно читающая общественность решит, что эти издания достаточно важны, чтобы выкупить их вскладчину. Или вдруг они уже есть в интернете, я не знаю) Или может в Исторической библиотеке их дешевле оцифровать, чем в Ленинке покупать...
В общем, нужен опрос. Если увижу достаточно заинтересованных, организую сбор средств и займусь. При этом сами книги мне не нужны, я их могу после оцифровки отдать тем людям, которые это дело проспонсируют. Список книг, которые мне кажутся интересными, прилагаю. Ну и на сам сайт загляните.
