Меня многие спрашивают, а что вы требуете сейчас. Мои требования очень простые.

1. Допуск до выборов независимых кандидатов, которые реально собрали подписи и сдали их в избирком. Или отмена выборов в связи с неравным отношением к кандидатам и нарушением, как я считаю, принципа честности выборов.
2. Прекращение уголовных дел о так называемых «массовых беспорядках» 27 июля и «воспрепятствовании работе избиркомов». По УК РФ массовые беспорядки предполагают погромы, поджоги, уничтожение имущества и применение оружия.
Мы все видели, что 27 июля этого не было. Сейчас про это говорят и многие юристы, и многие журналисты. Считаю, что такое дело должно быть прекращено, а люди, которые сейчас сидят, в частности за то, что «делали движение направо», освобождены.
Также считаю, что должно быть прекращено дело о так называемом «воспрепятствовании работе избиркомов». Оно вообще возбуждено из-за мирной уличной акции. Никто в МГИК не врывался, он работал и продолжает работать.
Обыски, допросы, продлеваемые административные аресты независимых кандидатов, уголовное дело об «отмывании» против Фонда борьбы с коррупцией, рейды приставов и все остальное, что началось после 20 июля, является недопустимым политическим давлением и запугиванием. Атака государства на общество должна быть прекращена, а сфабрикованные уголовные дела должны быть закрыты.
3. Адекватное рассмотрение дел по 318 статье о применении насилия в отношении представителей власти, если таковое было. При этом должны быть расследованы многократные случаи насилия полицейских в отношении мирных людей. Практика избиений мирных участников митингов должна быть прекращена.
4. Отставка главы Мосгоризбиркома Валентина Горбунова и члена Мосгоризбиркома Дмитрия Реута. Считаю, что эти люди своими действиями и заявлениями дискредитируют Мосгоризбирком и сами выборы в Москве.
5. Изменение подхода к сбору подписей и регистрации кандидатов. Сейчас на нескольких округах на выборах в Мосгордуму вводится электронное голосование. Считаю, что можно ввести сбор подписей через Госуслуги. Эти подписи уже гарантировано будут верифицированы и споров о почерковедах МВД и ошибках при вводе данных для проверки можно будет избежать.
Вот и все. Вот те требования, которые я выдвигаю. Считаю их правильными и логичными. И не вижу в них ничего страшного.
Они основаны на здравом смысле и выгодны людям.
