По просьбе матери Алексея Миняйло я прекращаю голодовку.
Алексей держит ее в солидарность со мной с позднего вечера 13 июля. Со дня, когда рабочая комиссия избиркома 43 округа в Мосгордуму вынесла решение об отказе мне в допуске на выборы.
До своего задержания он держал ее вместе со мной в Центре сбора подписей. Теперь он в СИЗО. Без возможности получать качественную медицинскую помощь.
Алексей был тренером сборщиков подписей на моей кампании в Мосгордуму. Во время мирного шествия 27 июля большую часть времени он провел рядом с Хорошевским судом, где рассматривали очередное административное дело в отношении меня. Хотел выступить свидетелем в мою защиту.
Никаких массовых беспорядков 27 июля не было. Миняйло и другие 12 ребят, которые сейчас находятся в СИЗО, не поджигали машины, не уничтожали имущество.
Дело по 212 ст. УК сфабриковано.
Как и дело "о воспрепятствовали работе избиркомов" и об "отмывании средств ФБК".
Эти уголовные дела - атака на общество. Месть Собянина москвичам за то, что требуют своего политического представительства на выборах в Мосгордуму и не сдаются.
Я уверена, что помочь ребятам мы можем только показав, что аресты и уголовные дела не работают. Что москвичи все равно будут требовать своего политического представительства. Что мы есть, что мы не люди второго сорта. Что единороссам, которые игнорируют наши права и возбуждают дела против нас, не место в Московской городской думе.
Сделать это можно, придя на выборы 8 сентября и проголосовав за самого сильного кандидата, способного победить поганого единоросса в своей округе.

These criminal cases are an attack on society. Sobyanin’s revenge for Muscovites for demanding their political representation in the Moscow City Duma elections and not giving up.
I am sure that we can help the children only by showing that arrests and criminal cases do not work. That Muscovites will still demand their political representation. What we are, that we are not second-class people. That United Russia, who ignore our rights and institute proceedings against us, has no place in the Moscow City Duma.
This can be done by coming to the September 8 elections and voting for the strongest candidate who can defeat the filthy United Russia party in his constituency.
