Прокуратура потребовала лишить родительских прав семейную пару, которая участвовала в митинге 3 августа.
По мнению глава юрслужбы «Апологии протеста» Алексея Глухова законных оснований для лишения родительских прав нет, а сам иск — это «нервная реакция на пропагандистский ролик». И тем не менее, прокуратура подает такие иски. За выход на мирную акцию — требует отобрать детей.
13 человек продолжают сидеть в СИЗО по делу о так называемых «массовых беспорядках» 27 июля, которых, и это говорят многочисленные юристы, — не было.
В СИЗО сидит и программист Константин Котов, который выходил на мирные акции и пикеты. Его обвинили по «дадинской статье» о неоднократном участии в митингах.
Эту статью предлагала отменить даже назначенная Госдумой уполномоченный по правам Татьяна Москалькова. Но тем не менее, ее применили, и человек по ней сидит в СИЗО.
А вот в отношении полицейских и росгвардейцев, которые применяли силу против мирных участников акций, — никаких дел нет. Официально не названа даже фамилия сотрудника, который ударил Дарью Сосновскую.
Этим насилием возмущались даже Егор Крид, Сергей Лазарев и другие звезды. Сосновская официально подала заявление в Следственный комитет. И тишина.
Люди, естественно, с таким отношением и демонстрацией бесправия несогласны. Массово несогласны. И поэтому митинг на Сахарова собрал более 50 тысяч человек, а его поддержали Оксимирон, Дудь, Фейс и другие известные люди.
На 31 августа люди снова хотели выйти на митинг. Выступить за свое право на выбор и допуск независимых кандидатов, против политических репрессий, против атаки на общество и против хамского отношения к москвичам, которое сейчас демонстрирует власть.
И что же сделала мэрия? Она не согласовали ни одну из заявок оппозиции.
Либертарианцы подавали заявку на шествие от Пушкинской площади, по бульварам и с окончанием на проспекте Сахарова. Это довольно известный «оппозиционный» маршрут. В феврале по нему прошел марш Бориса Немцова. Мэрия его согласовала, и он спокойно прошел.
А сейчас его не согласовали, сославшись на «помехи движению пешеходов». Да так про любой митинг можно сказать! Но про любой — не говорят. Видимо, шествие членов «Единой России» помехи не создает.
Отказались согласовывать митинг и на проспекте Сахарова, который раньше же сами давали. При этом никаких альтернативных площадок в центре Москвы не предоставили, что прямо противоречит закону.
Эти отказы мэрия попыталась обосновать тем, что 1 сентября — «день знаний». Но шествие на 3 сентября — тоже не согласовали. Снова сославшись на «помехи движению пешеходам» и не предоставив никаких других мест в центре города.
Считаю, что это вопиющее издевательство. Даже Владимир Путин заявил тут недавно, что «граждане имеют право на мирные в соответствии с действующим законом протесты» и «власти должны обеспечить реализацию этих прав».
Но видимо, Сергею Семеновичу Собянину и Путин не указ. Поэтому мэрия Москвы не согласовывает никакие заявки оппозиции. Даже по бульварам, по которым еще в феврале проходило шествие.
«Помехи пешеходам», серьезно? И после этого Сергей Собянин будет рассказывать, что это оппозиция кого-то там провоцирует? Прекратите, господа из мэрии.
31 августа в 14:00 я выйду в центр Москвы к памятнику Грибоедову у метро Чистые пруды и пройду по бульварам, заявленным в официальных уведомлениях на шествие, до Пушкинской площади.
Мои требования просты, законны и справедливы.
Я требую, чтобы независимых кандидатов допускали на выборы в Москве, а не говорили им просто “Нет”, придумывая обоснования то с недействительными подписями, то с ошибками в документах. Уверена, что и тысячи москвичей, подписи которых признали недействительными, не снимают своего требования допустить их политических представителей до выборов.
Я требую прекратить практику массовых избиений и задержаний на мирных уличных акциях. Люди имеют право на протесты, и власть должна обеспечивать реализацию этого права, а не думать, как людей быстрее разогнать, задержать и арестовать.
Я требую прекращения атаки на общество с попытками лишать родительских прав за митинги, арестами для запугивания и обысками с изъятием всей техники. Люди, сидящие по сфабрикованным уголовным делам, должны быть освобождены.
