Ваши дети в детском саду когда-нибудь ели мороженое? А манго, киви, ананас или гуаву? Вот и мой ребенок нет. А ведь это продукция указана в качестве рекомендации в ассортименте основных пищевых продуктов для питания детей в детских садах в официальном СанПиНе 2.4.1.3049-13.
Говоря о питании в детских садах Москвы, родители переживают даже не за ассортимент продукции или за вкус еды, а о качестве и безопасности пищи.
По факту у детей, посещающих детские сады в Москве, часто болят животы, а многочисленные случаи заболеваний дизентерией за последние два года показывают, что на производстве продукции для дошкольных учреждений царит антисанитария.
Считаю, что мэрия Москвы должна прикладывать все усилия для обеспечения детей качественной и полезной пищей. Ведь это дети, их здоровье должно быть самым дорогим для нас.
Но сейчас этого не происходит.
Родители отравленных в детских садах детей (последняя массовая вспышка произошла в ЮВАО и ВАО в декабре 2018 года) до сих пор не получили не то, что официальных компенсаций от города и полноценного расследования случаев заболеваний, но даже извинений от городских властей.
Их дети, которые зимой уезжали на скорых из детских садов с кровавым поносом, до сих пор страдают от последствий дизентерии, а они вынуждены отпрашиваться с работы и ходить по судам, пытаясь добиться справедливости под насмешки представителей пригожинского "Конкорда".
Сегодня прошло очередное заседание по 2 коллективным искам родителей отравленных детей. Ответчики: организаторы питания в детских садах ("Конкорд" и "Вито-1", школы, департаменты образования и здравоохранения).
В судебном заседании мы заявляли ходатайство о вызове на допросы директоров школ, где произошли массовые отравления (школы являются официальными госзаказчиками питания), гендиректоров компаний - организаторов питания в детских садах, главврачей поликлиник и руководство департаментов образования и здравоохранения города Москвы. Именно эти лица могут пояснить, почему в поликлиниках в декабре родителям не выдавали анализы детей на руки и ставили диагноз "ротовирус" вместо дизентерии, назначали неверное лечение, как организована схема питания в детских садах и почему не были предприняты все меры для того, чтобы предотвратить массовые заражения детей от некачественного питания, а после того, как дети были заражены, родители не получали даже минимально необходимой информации.
Мещанский суд отказал во всех заявленных ходатайствах. А представители Роспотребнадзора даже не явились в судебное заседание, хотя на словах неоднократно обещали помогать родителям отстаивать их интересы в судах.
Следующее заседание по коллективным искам назначено на 14 октября в 10:10. Родители не сдаются и будут добиваться признания факта заражения своих детей и официальных компенсаций. Буду и дальше им в этом помогать.
