Массовая вспышка дизентерии в детских садах произошла в декабре 2018 года.
Московские власти под управлением Собянина сделали все возможное, чтобы скрыть сам факт дизентерии: родителям не выдавали анализы их детей на руки, сады закрывали на карантин по ОРВИ, директора школьных комплексов уходили от вопросов.
Родители за свой счет пролечивали своих детей, восстанавливали их здоровье, пытались добиться правды, разъяснений и хотя бы каких-то извинений. Многие дети до сих пор находятся на особом питании и не могут есть нормальную обычную пищу.
Признание судом массового отравления и вины организатора питания пригожинской компании «Конкорд» в этом - большой прорыв.
Но суммы компенсаций родителям - унизительные. 10-15 тыс. руб. морального вреда — во столько власти оценивают здоровье детей.
В части сумм компенсации морального вреда родители решение будут обжаловать.
Но главное, что волнует родителей - не компенсации, а что сделано властями города для того, чтобы питание детей в садах было качественным и безопасным?
