SAP опять набирает в свои ряды!
Мы ищем кандидатов на позицию Support Engineer (как я) с опытом работы c SAP в областях:
- BW/BI
- Basis/Performance
- ALM
- а также общего профиля
Если опыта с SAP не хватает, но есть знания по другим областям (базы данных, программирование, тестирование и т.п.), то мы также ищем на должность Associate Support Engineer (ступень чуть ниже, но и требования ниже).
Что из себя представляет работа:
- поддержка клиентов по своему направлению (удаленно или в командировках по всему миру). Клиент ставит задачу и нужно её решить (обычно работа в интернациональной команде).
ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО знание как минимум английского на уровне общения, чтения документации и пр. Вы будете должны смочь внятно объяснить клиенту, что у них проблема, допустим, из-за неправильной конфигурации параметров сервера и из-за этого в часы пик памяти не хватает и веб-дипетчер (узнаете потом что это такое) не успевает распределять нагрузку среди пользователей.
Ништяки:
- достойная ЗП (от опыта, конечно, тоже зависит)
- ДМС
- компенсация обедов
- компенсация фитнеса
- кофе-румы
- говорят, что даже X-BOX где-то стоит :)
- офис у Исакиевского собора
- дружный коллектив
- мудрые руководители :)

MANDATORY knowledge of at least English at the level of communication, reading documentation, etc. You will need to be able to clearly explain to the client that they have a problem, for example, due to incorrect configuration of the server parameters and because of this, during peak hours, there is not enough memory and the web the dispatcher (later find out what it is) does not have time to distribute the load among users.
Nishtyaki:
- decent salary (of course, it also depends on experience)
- VHI
- lunch compensation
- fitness compensation
- coffee rooms
- They say that even the X-BOX is somewhere :)
