Хей, давно не было актуалочки... Итак 26 ноября, с начала года +7кг, надеюсь что сухой мышечной массы ????
Что самое странное, что я много лет стремился к этому весу и больше не хотел, но тут как с деньгами, много не бывает... Хочу больше, главное вовремя остановиться. Это я про деньги, ну и про свой вес.
