«О СВЯТОМ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ»
Статья 1.
1. В Российской Федерации есть святое.
2. Оскорблять святое запрещено.
Статья 2.
1. Оскорблением святого считается сомнение в святости святого и любое непочтительное высказывание о святом. Юмор и ирония по отношению к святому являются отягчающим обстоятельством.
2. Запрещается пропаганда оскорбления святого, а также пропаганда такой пропаганды.
Статья 3.
Россия – это святое.
Статья 4.
1. История России – это святое.
2. В истории России всё было правильно и хорошо, все плохие события были происками внешних врагов. Правители России никогда не ошибались.
Статья 5.
1. Ветераны – это святое.
2. Для установления факта оскорбления ветеранов мнение самих ветеранов необязательно.
3. Плохие бытовые условия и маленькая пенсия оскорблением ветеранов не считаются.
Статья 6.
1. Власть – это святое.
2. Оскорбление власти приравнивается к оскорблению России и истории России, а в отдельных случаях – и ветеранов.
3. Оскорблением власти считается оскорбление любого ее представителя, за исключением депутатов от оппозиционных партий.
Статья 7.
1. Правоохранительные органы – это святое.
2. Сопротивление полиции считается оскорблением святого.
Статья 8.
1. Российский спорт – это святое.
2. Отсутствие радости победам российского спорта считается оскорблением святого.
3. Исключением из пункта 1 настоящей статьи может являться сборная России по футболу, которую в отдельных случаях оскорблять допускается.
Статья 9.
1. Чувства верующих – это святое.
2. Наличие неверующих оскорбляет чувства верующих.
3. Чувства неверующих святым не являются.
Статья 10.
1. Русское оружие – это святое.
2. Русское оружие не убивает, оно спасает Родину от врагов.
3. Неумение собирать автомат Калашникова оскорбляет Россию.
Статья 11.
1. Дети – это святое.
2. Ввиду неправоспособности детей, оскорбляться от их имени поручено уполномоченному по правам ребенка в РФ, депутатам Государственной думы ФС РФ, представителям отдельных общественных организаций и политических партий.
3. Унижение конкретного ребенка не является оскорблением святого.
Статья 12.
1. Гомосексуализм оскорбляет святое.
2. Среди ветеранов, детей, представителей власти, правоохранительных органов, духовенства и спортсменов (за исключением сборной России по футболу) гомосексуалистов нет. Утверждение обратного признается оскорблением святого.
Статья 13.
1. Российские автомобили – это святое.
2. Даже когда они не заводятся.
Статья 14.
1. Почта России – это святое.
2. Вас много, а Почта России одна.
Статья 15.
1. Настоящий закон – это святое.
2. Закон вступает в силу с момента подписания и имеет прямую, обратную и любую другую силу.

Article 1

Section 2.

Russia is sacred.
Section 4.
1. The history of Russia is sacred.
2. In the history of Russia, everything was right and good, all the bad events were the machinations of external enemies. The rulers of Russia were never mistaken.
Section 5.
1. Veterans are sacred.
2. To establish the fact of insulting the veterans, the opinion of the veterans themselves is optional.
3. Poor living conditions and a small pension are not considered an insult to veterans.
Section 6.
1. Power is sacred.

3. An exception to paragraph 1 of this article may be the Russian national football team, which in some cases may be insulted.
Section 9.
1. The feelings of believers are sacred.
2. The presence of unbelievers offends the feelings of believers.
3. The feelings of unbelievers are not saints.
Section 10.
1. Russian weapons are sacred.
2. Russian weapons do not kill, it saves the motherland from enemies.
3. Inability to assemble a Kalashnikov assault rifle offends Russia.
Section 11.
1. Children are sacred.
2. Due to the inability of the children, the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Russian Federation, deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, representatives of individual public organizations and political parties are instructed to insult on their behalf.
3. The humiliation of a particular child is not an insult to a saint.
Section 12.
1. Homosexuality offends the sacred.
2. Among veterans, children, government officials, law enforcement agencies, clergy and athletes (with the exception of the Russian national football team) there are no homosexuals. The statement of the opposite is recognized as an insult to the saint.
Section 13.
1. Russian cars are sacred.
2. Even when they do not start.
Section 14.
