- Jasmina Cibic - художник по инсталляциям - рассказывала о своем исследовании на тему как политическая идеология отражается в архитектуре (на конкретных примерах в красивой презентации).
Фото из College of Art, где регулярно проходят такие лекции. Что касается All gender toilet, нам и преподаватель говорил, что neutral - это современный trend: например, сейчас принято говорить actor независимо от того речь идет о женщине или о мужчине, а слово actress уже используется реже. Или firefighter, but not fireman.
И тем более, если ты не знаешь, речь идет о женщине или о мужчине, например: Bring your partner to the party, we will be happy to meet THEM. Как объяснил преподаватель, несмотря на то что партнер в этом предложении в единственном числе, любой англичанин скажет them, but not her или him (вдруг это мужчина, а не женщина, как предполагается, или наоборот).
