Я не знал, а оказывается у нашего города есть очень клевый (по дизайну и по сути) официальный сайт, на котором можно оставить заявку о городской проблеме, и, что самое крутое, проблему исправят, о чем вы увидите фотоотчет. Проблемы с асфальтом, десткими площадками, незаконной рекламой, вот это все. Пишут что реально работает, да и можно самому посмотреть заявки со статусом "Удовлетворен".
Есть даже мобильное приложение под Android + iOS.
