Такой вопрос я часто задаю участникам на тренинге по управлению.
Есть тысяча ответов, которые они дают, и они так или иначе имеет отношение к реальным проблемам.
Очень часто, при этом руководители говорят, что основная проблема - кадры, и на эту тему можно написать отдельный блог.
В любом случае, через дискуссию, мы приходим к тому, что если бы у руководителя было 300-400 лет, то каждую проблему
он мог бы так или иначе решить. Неспешно. Вдумчиво. Обучившись или дойдя до решения самостоятельно. Мотивация. Контроль. Стратегия. Процессы. Маркетинг.
Все это можно изучить вдоль и поперек за сотню-другую лет. Но у нас этого времени нет.
‼ Вывод: основная проблема руководителя - время‼ Точнее его нехватка. Бесконечность задач, проблем на 24 часа в сутки.
Именно поэтому так стремительно развиваются IT-технологии, автоматизация процессов, роботизация производств.
Сайты, приложения, программы, аудио, видео, инфо. Все это - прогресс, в том числе и для повышения эффективности и снижения затрат.
И вот мой ТОП-5 приложений, помогающих мне каждый день, в том числе экономить время, а значит зарабатывать!
✔︎ 1. Первое место я с удовольствием и превеликой гордостью отдаю замечательному, простому, выдающемуся, красивому, удобному Goooooooogle Календарю (calendar.google.com).
Это просто благо мира, что он есть. Я сохранил, не потерял, не забыл тысячи дел, не опоздал на сотни важных встреч, не упустил миллионы возможностей.
Легкая доступная синхронизация этого календаря с любыми другими, возможность давать доступ другим людям и приглашать на мероприятия делает его еще привлекательнее.
✔︎ 2. Второе место заслуженно отдаю бездонному Evernote (evernote.com). Бездонный он по причине того, что даже сами создатели не в силах описать его полный функционал.
С огромным удовольствием я пользуюсь премиум аккаунтом. Писать, отмечать, замечать, составлять списки, добавлять скриншоты, рисовать, фотографировать, сканировать телефоном, уведомлять, расшаривать, хранить, сохранять - это лишь 10% того, что он умеет.
Онлайн и оффлайн доступ со всех устройств делает его невообразимым и незаменимым в дороге.
Сотни статей на тему использования Evernote - учиться им пользоваться одно удовольствие.
✔︎ 3. AmoCrm (http://www.amocrm.ru/) - нашумевший сервис по работе с клиентами, воронкой продаж, сделками и прочим. Прекрасно вписался в мой набор ТОП5 как спокойный уютный сервис онлайн, с интуитивно понятным тач-интерфейсои и приложением на телефон.
Фиксировать сделки, отслеживать задачи и ставить другим, планировать и ставить цели, отслеживать конверсию - все это может любая ЦРМ. И только АмоЦРМ делает этот процесс приятным.
✔︎ 4. CoinKeeper (https://coinkeeper.me/). Зависит ли эффективность от финансового благополучия? Считаю, да! А финансовое благополучие не возможно без учета расходов. Коин Кипер - спас меня, а я перепробовал около 10 разных программ.
Удобно, просто, быстро, без лишних движений и нажатий и с полной статистикой. Пользуюсь последний год, уловил с десяток утечек и заткнул 9 из них)
✔︎ 5. Завершить список я решил программой ЛитРес: Слушай! (http://www.litres.ru/audioknigi/) - приложение на телефон от компании ЛитРес для аудиокниг. Дорога занимает всегда весомую долю в жизни любого человека, а если он еще и делом занят, так вообще. В моем случая, я в дороге до 30% рабочего времени. В этом приложении очень удобно можно прослушивать книги. Запоминает место, до которого прослушано. Большой выбор книг. И качество! Не приходится думать, что там какой-то неважный перевод или озвучка.
