- ????А также купание в горячих источниках, поход к красивейшим озерам и легендарным храмам.

????♂️ В программе - йога практики с мастером йоги Karuna Ram. ????????Karuna Ram (основатель Атмарама-йоги) в 1995г. обучался в духовной Ведическом ашраме Brama Madhava в статусе монаха ,изучая санскрит, священные писания и мантры. В 1999 году переехал в Индию, где провёл без выезда 15 лет, первые 4 года прожил в ашраме своего учителя Нарайны Свами изучая под его руководством йогу.

????♂️ В 2005 году вместе с единомышленниками основал в святом месте индийского города Гокарна (штат Karnataka) ашрам Joti shivam (Namaste Yoga Farm). Там практиковал и преподавал восьмиступенчатую йогу Патанджали. Позднее основал АТМАРАМА ЙОГУ, как уникальную последовательность, союз физических и дыхательных упражнений, приводящих к концентрации и, как следствие, к медитации.
