Друзья! Взываю к силе друзей фэйсбука ???????? Нужна помощь! Мы запускаем уникальный на ДВ проект (пример на фото) и готовы сами вложить до 10 млн., но под этот проект нужна красивая земля в Приморском крае или партнёры с землёй ????
Это новый более масштабный проект уютного глэмпинга (круглогодичный), чем мы запускали в Хабаровске (www.campingpark.travel, это уникальная сеть уютных glamping'ов и производство собственного туристического кемпинг снаряжения), однако уже 2й месяц ищем землю под этот КемпингПарк в Приморье... оказалось не так легко... ???????????? или место не подходит, далеко, отстой, или доки не в порядке, или ценник от 15 млн., а нелегально как 1000 баз мы не хотим.
Посоветуйте места, людей, друзей... нужна земля или рядом с морем, или с красивыми видами и доступом к турмаршрутам и трекам. Это не просто база отдыха, это уникальный туристический формат, уютная атмосфера, это базовый лагерь для туристов СО ВСЕГО МИРА, из которого уже организованы треки и маршруты. Это сеть парков по всему ДВ, России и миру, со своей серией треков и уникальных маршрутов. Своя система под названием PATI, аналог PADI (как для драйверов), но для развития навыков и основ для туристов, в том числе и культурных.
Интересуют о. Русский, о. Шкота, сторона от Владивостока до Находки, так как там много турмаршрутов красивых. И другие красивые варианта земли.
P.S. Обращались в АПК, и другие гос.органы, еще раз убедились, что малому и среднему бизнесу нужно забить на эту помощь государства, и искать решение самому и не тратить время, но все-таки я еще раз написал заявление в Агенство Инвестиций Приморского края, и то не понятно, толи они приняли его, толи послали.
