[ПОЛЕЗНО] В августе все тихо. Нашел в отчем доме и читаю Веллера «Слово и профессия». Купил в 2010 году, но что я тогда в этом понял бы. А сейчас открываешь первый рассказ, вступление, по сути — и там столько всего для тех, кто хочет писать, прямо ого-го.
Сделаю Веллера в нескольких частях в рубрике #смогдочитать. А пока 7 цитат из рассказа «Гуру».
1 Невежество. Нечестность. Глупость. Подчиненность. Трусость. Вот пять вещей, каждая из которых способна уничтожить творчество. Честность, ум, знание, независимость и храбрость — вот что тебе необходимо развить в себе до идеальной степени, если ты хочешь писать, мальчик.
2 Концентрация — мысли, чувства, толкования! Вещь тем совершеннее, чем больше в ней информации на единицу объема! Чем больше трактовок она допускает! Настоящий трехмерный сюжет - это всегда символ! Настоящий сюжетный рассказ — всегда притча!
3 Не нагромождай детали — тебе кажется, что они уточняют, а на самом деле они отвлекают от точного изображения. Каждый как-то представляет себе то, о чем читает, твое дело — задействовать его ассоциативное зрение одной-двумя деталями. Скупость текста — это богатство восприятия, дорогой мой.
4 Вставляй лишние, ненужные по смыслу слова. Но чтоб без этих слов — пропадал смак фразы. На стол клади «Мольера» Михаила Афанасьевича.
5 Береги нервы. Профессионализм, кроме всего прочего, — это умение сознательно приводить себя в состояние сильнейшего нервного возбуждения. Задействуются обширные зоны подсознания, и перебор вариантов и ходов идет в бешеном темпе.
6 Мы никогда не сможем учесть, — а значит, и смоделировать, — механизм творческого акта с учетом всех факторов: погоды и влажности воздуха, ревматизма и повышенной кислотности, ощущения дырки от зуба, даже времени года, месяца и суток. Наши знания — «черный ящик»: ткни так — выйдет эдак. Моделируем с целью аналогичного результата. Начинку заменяем, примитивизируя. Шедевр — это нестандартное решение. Компьютер — это суперрешение суперстандарта, это логика. Искусство — надлогика. Другое дело — новомодные теории типа «каждый – творец» и «любой предмет – символ»; но тут и УПП слепых Лувр заполнит, зачем ЭВМ.
7 Ты не Тургенев, доходов от имения у тебя нет. Профессионал должен зарабатывать. Единственный выход для таких, как ты, — делать халтуру, не халтуря. Тем же резцом! Есть жесткая связь между публикованием и способностью работать в полную силу. Работа в стол ведет к деградации.
