22.11. Размышления о РОПах.
Беру для примера 5 последних проектов. Простая аналитика:
1. 3 проекта благодаря РОПам смогли масштабироваться. Открытие новых офисов в других городах, запуск новых продуктов, утроение выручки за 6 месяцев.
2. 2 проекта вышли на рост показателей метрики. Сложно пока сказать монетизацию. Но, то, что процесс смог обрести контуры - это факт. Появилась прозрачность.
3. Во всех 5 проектах с появлением РОПа, консалтинг сразу отошёл на второй план. РОПы зачастую не терпят внешнего контроля.
4. РОП - это реальная сила, способная менять расклад сил в бизнесе.
5. В 3 проектах РОП вошёл в игру с первой попытки. В 2 проектах со второй. Но, со второй попытки - это предел.
Вывод: будущее явно за РОПами. Это на данный момент самая недооцененная единица в бизнесе.

4. ROP - this is a real force that can change the balance of power in business.
5. In 3 projects, ROP entered the game on the first try. In 2 projects with the second. But, on the second attempt - this is the limit.
Conclusion: the future is clearly in the ROPs. This is currently the most underrated unit in the business.
