Почему дом, а не квартира?
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
Сначала я выбирал квартиру. В том районе, где мы живём, вторичка 100 кв стоит около 8 млн в черновой отделке (это самый идеальный вариант). Плюс ремонт. Итого выйдет в 10 лямов. В новостройках ситуация не лучше. Выходит также, даже в котловане.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
Загородный дом. Участок 800-900, 150 кв можно построить за 5 млн (у хорошего и качественного застройщика). Плюс ремонт, итого около 8 млн. К тому же участок и дом сразу вырастут в цене, как только его поднять. Да и соседи быстро застраиваются. Наш участок уже на 150К дороже. А прошло всего 2 месяца.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠ
Я прям чувствую как ты собираешься написать в комментах, типа «а баня? А гараж? А забор? А дорога туда-сюда? Да в 15КК выйдет дом!» ???? Это тоже верно! Но лично для меня дом будет местом силы, где я буду набирать энергию и расслабляться. А Это бесценно! ???????? Вот какие я выделяю Плюсы загородного дома:
✅ Дочкин мерседес sls, Lexus жены, велосипед, мотоцикл, дом из коробок стоят не в квартире
✅ Своя баня. А я очень люблю баньку!
✅ Своё парковочное место!
✅ Нет соседей за стеной и не пересекаешься с ними
✅ Своя мангальная зона
✅ Чаще будут приезжать гости (ну баня не зря ж)
✅ Все в доме и на территории под свой вкус и цвет. Детскую площадку можно замутить свою!
✅ Огород!
✅ Можно из бани до дома ходить хоть в трусах, хоть без ????
✅ Во Дворе можно повесить гамак для медитации.
И ещё много-много всего. Когда я приезжаю на участок, мне не охота оттуда уезжать. Сам процесс строительства впитывает в меня очень много мощной энергии, которая мотивирует расти духовно, в бизнесе и в семейных отношениях ????????????
