Я, кажется, понял некоторые истоки галимого трындеца в человеческом капитале постсовеццкого пространства.
(но это не точно — гипотеза)
Наша беда в воспитании на макаренковских принципах коллективной ответственности.
Никому даже вот в голову не приходит, что коллективная ответственность — это дикость и гнусность, а это именно так. Ну, потому что идея для ленивого педагога разошлась по ширнармассам и впиталась в подкорку.
Объясняю: идея Макаренко заключается в том, что "коллектив воспитывает". Типа, если один налажал, то наказывают всех, что приводит к "давлению коллектива на провинившегося". И к дальнейшему недопущению оного. Все следят за всеми. Никто не высовывается. Все ровно причесаны. Это экономит время воспитателя.
Эту догму бомбили без малого 100 лет. И сейчас продолжают вдалбливать школьникам и студентам. На коллективной ответственности держится вся армия. Даже интернет-блокировки — это по сути тоже коллективная ответственность.
Почему это плохо.
Потому что наказание многих за проступки единиц приводит выработке условного рефлекса отторжения инакости. Ты другой — значит сразу неправ и нас всех накажут. Снижается естественное разнообразие. Снижается количество генерации новых идей. Чуть что не так — ату его! Коллектив режет все, что отличается от среднего по больнице. Все выдающееся. Причем, в любую сторону.
А поскольку "в любую сторону" означает и "добиться успеха", то успешность тоже режется. Коллективно. Коллегиально.
И мне жаль, что педагоги (которые по большей части сами воспитаны в парадигме "коллективной ответственности") не понимают, что калечат детей.
Целая Страна серости, воспроизводящей серость.

(but this is not accurate - a hypothesis)
Our misfortune is to educate on the Macarenko principles of collective responsibility.
It doesn’t even occur to anyone that collective responsibility is savagery and vileness, and this is exactly so. Well, because the idea for a lazy teacher spread across the shirnarmasses and absorbed in the subcortex.
I explain: Makarenko’s idea is that “the collective educates”. Like, if one worked it out, then they punish everyone, which leads to "pressure from the collective on the offender." And to further prevent it. Everyone is watching everyone. No one sticks out. All are exactly combed. This saves educator time.
This dogma has been bombed for nearly 100 years. And now they continue to grind schoolchildren and students. The whole army rests on collective responsibility. Even Internet blocking is essentially a collective responsibility.

Because the punishment of many for the misconduct of units leads to the development of a conditioned reflex of rejection of otherness. You are different - it means immediately wrong and we will all be punished. Natural diversity is declining. The amount of generation of new ideas is reduced. Slightly wrong - atu him! The team cuts everything that differs from the hospital average. Everything is outstanding. Moreover, in any direction.
And since "in any direction" means "to succeed," success is also cut. Collectively. Collegially.
