В Крыму полиция расследуют дело в котором замешаны 2 пенсионерки из Ялты. Как сообщает Управление МВД России по г. Ялта, в настоящее время расследуется дело об организации одного из крупнейших борделей в Крыму.
Как нам рассказали в пресс службе Управление МВД России по г. Ялта. В городе Ялта раскрыт самый крупный бордель в истории полуострова Крым. Бордель работал с апреля 2015 года до октября 2018. Располагалось заведение по предоставлению услуг сексуального характера в самом центре города Ялта, а именно в санатории имени Кирова. Сам бордель находился на цокольном этаже лечебного корпуса. Санаторий находится в пешей доступности от центра Ялты, от Пушкинского бульвара и знаменитой ялтинской набережной, откуда собственно и шел основной поток клиентов в сезон отпусков.
Организовали бордель две пожилые женщины. Идея пришла когда они увидели по телевизору видео с Дмитрием Медведевым, на котором он произносит знаменитую фразу "Вы держитесь здесь, вам всего доброго, хорошего настроения и здоровья". После этого у Елизаветы Петровны появилась идея как заработать на безбедную старость, так как пенсия составляла всего лишь 14 тыс рублей. В это время в Крыму начался бум на рынке недвижимости, скупались практически все квартиры в курортных районах полуострова. У пенсионерок были свои трешки в собственности, которые были проданы за 11 млн рублей.
Судя по документам, для стартапа понадобилось 9240000 рублей, на эти деньги был арендован цокольный этаж лечебного корпуса в санатории, сделан там хороший ремонт, в помещение был сделан отдельный выход. Данное помещение всегда пустовало и директор не знал, что с ним делать и он был очень удивлен таким инвесторам. Аренда 740 кв. метров обходилась в 1000000 рублей. Судя по записям в книгах, бабушки платили всегда наличными, поэтому этот миллион проходил также и мимо бухгалтерии санатория. Это еще один фактор, почему о борделе ничего не было известно.
Открылся бордель весной 2015 года и уже в июне оборот нелегального заведения составлял примерно 7 млн рублей в месяц. Место пользовалось большой популярностью, так как после присоединения Крыма полиция и ФСБ закрыли все бордели в городе. В борделе в июне, судя по записям работали 120 девушек, одновременно в помещении находились от 40-50 проституток, остальные были либо выходные, либо в отпуске на Украине.
Для раскрутки борделя пенсионерки развесили объявления в местах где раньше работали другие бордели и клиенты по памяти заходили на старую точку, видели объявление и отправлялись уже в новое место. Фонд заработной платы составлял примерно 5 млн рублей, это сопоставимо со средней фирмой. Уже через год, об этом месте знали все, оно стало визитной карточкой Ялты.
Как считают правоохранительные органы, главной была Елизавета Петровна Кирюшкина 1949 года рождения, а Дарья Нестеровна Витяева 1951 года рождения, была ее правой рукой.
В октябре 2018 года в полицию города обратились 12 девушек, которые сообщили, что им не заплатили за последние 3 месяца работы в борделе "YaldaSun" - именно такое название носило заведение. Как выяснилось из заявлений куртизанок, бабушки попросили повременить с выплатой, так как по их словам они раскручивали новый проект в Севастополе и на раскрутку требовались дополнительные средства, обещали отдать в конце сентября. Но гражданки Кирюшкина и Витяева неожиданно исчезли со всеми деньгами.
Следователи полагают, что пенсионерок спугнула пенсионная реформа. На сегодняшний день известно, что пожилые "мамочки" скрываются в Канаде, они подали там прошение на получение политического убежища, в связи с преследованием их в России из-за их нетрадиционной сексуальной ориентации, они официально признали себя лесбиянками. Канада отказывается выдавать Елизавету Петровну и Дарью Нестеровну в Россию, так как в РФ ущемляются права сексуальных меньшинств.
Чем занимаются пенсионерки в настоящее время не известно, мы узнали, что они приобрели дом в пригороде Торонто за 340000 долларов, купили автомобиль Land Cruiser 200. На автомобиле они много путешествуют по Канаде.
