Госдума приняла во втором, основном чтении законопроект, создающий правовую базу для обязательной маркировки товаров и отслеживания их движения. Это, между прочим, был последний серьезный барьер, который лоббисты крупных фарм-компаний воздвигли на пути Центр развития перспективных технологий. Теперь уже точно - дороги назад нет и даже задержать ввод обязательных цифровых знаков не выйдет. Об этом сегодня пишет "Коммерсант":

Понять фармацевтов можно. Нет, дело, конечно, не в том, что от них потребуются дополнительные вложения (к слову, по оценке ФАС, стоимость для производителя маркировки упаковки лекарств в 50 копеек не приведет к росту цен на препараты из списка жизненно необходимых и важнейших). Дело в том, что нарушатся создававшиеся годами "серые" схемы распределения лекарств по торговым сетям. Обеление рынка в конечном счете будет выгодно тем, кто привык действовать "в белую", но таких меньшинство.
Понять - можно. Но сопротивление прогрессу безнадежно. Ввод единой маркировки для всех групп товаров, включая фарму, был делом временем - и теперь уже совсем недолгого.

This, incidentally, was the last serious barrier that lobbyists of large pharmaceutical companies erected on the way of the Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies. You can understand the pharmacists. No, the point, of course, is not that they will need additional investments (by the way, according to the FAS, the cost for the manufacturer of labeling a package of drugs of 50 kopecks will not lead to an increase in the prices of drugs from the list of vital and most important). The fact is that the "gray" schemes for distributing drugs to distribution networks created over the years will be disrupted. The whitewashing of the market will ultimately be beneficial to those who are accustomed to acting "in the white", but such a minority.
You can understand. But resistance to progress is hopeless. The introduction of a unified labeling for all groups of products, including pharmaceuticals, was a matter of time - and now it is very short.
