10000 операторов * 30000 руб = 300 млн (вместо 550 млн)
150 мен.по подбору * 35000 руб = 5,25 млн (вместо 7,5 млн)
150 тренера по обучению* 40000 руб = 6 млн (вместо 9 млн)
300 контролеры * 35000 руб = 10,5 млн (вместо 13,5 млн)
Итого экономия только на фонде оплаты труда почти в 2 раза! Ежемесячно по 258 млн руб. А ежегодно 3,099е9
Мой калькулятор даже не смог эти нули уместить на моем экране!
Вот это мужик, вот это силище! И ведь не ищет поводов, чтобы сказать себе: «Ой нет, удаленные сотрудники это не эффективно, ой страшно же не видя людей управлять ими, ой а текучка такая с ними бешеная и бла бла для слабонервных».
А вот Сбер в этой статье слукавил ???? я лично управляла там в 2012-2013 году и были там сотрудники оформленные по ГПХ, много таких было, у одной меня только 50 человек... и ездили эти ребята на презентации в компании. Там же продавая кредитную карту оформляли с клиентом анкету и везли эти Документы в офис, на метро, через всю Москву. И был у этих сотрудников один компьютер на десятерых. И много чего было интересно :)))
Короче, друзья, изучайте информацию. Тренируйтесь хотябы на «кошечках» чтобы распознать формулу эффективного найма и управления удалёнными сотрудниками. Начните с малого, наймите себе удаленного личного помощника.
Кстати, у кого ещё нет удаленного личного помощника, но есть ежедневные действия, которые отнимают ваше личное время и которые можно делегировать?
