Я может что-то не понимаю, но считаю таких юристов вредителями. Заключаю договор с большой образовательной организацией и вот что они хотят:
«И также, юрист только что еще добавил
Необходимы сканы следующих документов :
свидетельства ИП о регистрации в качестве ИП, о присвоении ОГРНИП, о присвоении ИНН,
паспорта (первая страница и прописка),
выписка из ЕГРИП (с «подходящими» кодами ОКВЭД),
справка об открытии расчетного счета,
документа из налоговой инспекции о применении УСН (при наличии такового).»
У меня счет в банке, нафиг справку о его открытии? И если есть счет и есть сайт налоговой, зачем просить свидетельства и выписки????
Вот в чем логика, зачем так усложнять жизнь и заниматься пересылкой бумажек.
В чем смысл этих действий???
И да, платят они мне и платят постфактум. Т.е. у них нет никаких рисков. Риски скорее у меня, что не заплатят.

I may not understand something, but I consider such lawyers to be pests. I conclude an agreement with a large educational organization and this is what they want:

extract from the USRIP (with "suitable" OKVED codes),
certificate on opening a current account,
a document from the tax office on the application of the simplified tax system (if any). ”
I have a bank account, what for the certificate on its opening? And if there is an account and there is a tax website, why ask for certificates and statements ????
