Когда я написал и подготовил к изданию книгу "Управление запасами в цепях поставок", то понял, что первый ее раздел, который посвящен общему обзору Теории ограничений может иметь самостоятельную ценность.
Более того, этот раздел нужно выкладывать в свободный доступ, чтобы как можно больше интересующихся могли составить себе представление об основных подходах и инструментах Теории ограничений.
Все, что включено в эту небольшую книгу, сугубо авторский выбор, но, так или иначе, я постарался дать максимально полный обзор текущего состояния ТОС.
Книга сделана на основе материалов TOCICO (в первую очередь Словаря), а также мастер-классов, вебинаров и опыта, который я приобрел с 2011 года., и дает общее представление о богатстве средств, которым располагает сегодня Теория ограничений.
Электронная версия книги распространяется бесплатно. Поэтому распространяйте ссылки и пусть бесплатные копии гуляют по стране и русскоязычному пространству :)

When I wrote and prepared the book “Inventory Management in the Supply Chain” for publication, I realized that its first section, which is devoted to a general review of the Theory of Constraints, can be of independent value.
Moreover, this section should be freely available so that as many interested as possible can get an idea of the main approaches and tools of the Theory of Constraints.
Everything that is included in this small book is a purely author's choice, but, one way or another, I tried to give the most complete overview of the current state of TOC.
The book is based on the materials of TOCICO (primarily the Dictionary), as well as workshops, webinars and experience that I have gained since 2011., and gives a general idea of the wealth of tools that the Theory of Constraints has today.
The electronic version of the book is free. Therefore, distribute links and let free copies walk around the country and the Russian-speaking space :)
