Людям почему-то кажется, что если один человек или компания делает что-то успешнее остальных, то это из-за каких-то хитростей, мелочей или деталей. И мол именно они дают такое преимущество.
На самом деле это ваше воображение выискивает такие детали, потому что пытается как-то объяснить происходящее. Часто такие детали копируют, но успех не приходит. Та фирма или человек вообще скорее всего про эти детали не думает, а может и не знает о них.
Успех случается только из-за того, что в целом система и основные процессы лучше других. У amoCRM лучшая работа с продуктом. У Тинькофф Банка лучшее кредитование физлиц. Интроверт лучше остальных выстраивает процессы продаж, дорабатывает amoCRM и обслуживает клиентов.
Не пытайтесь искать хитрости и детали. Смотрите на основные процессы и копируйте их.
