Директора охранной фирмы «Кодекс» на год дисквалифицировали решением мирового суда, сообщили в региональной прокуратуре.
С жалобой на компанию обратился её бывший сотрудник. В рамках рассмотрения обращения выяснилось, что работодатель нарушал трудовой кодекс: с работником не заключили договор и с ведома руководителя допустили к выполнению своих обязанностей. Сотрудник работал в качестве охранника «Дома-интерната № 1 для граждан пожилого возраста и инвалидов»
«Несмотря на то, что работодатель не признал вину в совершении правонарушения, прокуратурой района собрана достаточная доказательственная база, подтверждающая факт сложившихся трудовых отношений», — пояснили в ведомстве.

The directors of the Codex security company were disqualified for a year by a decision of a magistrate’s court, the regional prosecutor’s office said.
A former employee complained about the company. As part of the consideration of the appeal, it turned out that the employer violated the labor code: they did not conclude an agreement with the employee and, with the knowledge of the head, allowed them to fulfill their duties. The employee worked as a security guard at Boarding House No. 1 for Senior Citizens and Disabled
“Despite the fact that the employer did not plead guilty to an offense, the district prosecutor’s office collected sufficient evidence to confirm the fact of the existing labor relationship,” the department explained.
