Ах, ланкийцы, боль моя... «Too much work! Did your saw how many cups? How i can do it!”
- взрывается на меня сотрудник ресторана. В этот момент, я просто сижу и пытаюсь собрать свою усталость и найти хоть чуточку рабочего настроения. «Я ухожу!» У нас на кухне, работает 12-ти летний пацан, а ему!! Сука!!! 40 кружек не помыть!
Некоторые спят только в машине между экскурсиями, а у этого 9 часов рабочий день и не более и ещё перерыв днём. И в это время я официант. А ещё за ужином, иногда. Зато, я одна могу обслужить стол на 10 человек???????? А другие работники, могут утром позвонить и сказать, что болеют и на работу не придут.
И справки не надо. Им, конечно за это не заплатят, но стоит понимать, что замены быстро найти не получается.
Но между этим всем есть и другие ланкийцы. Они понимают, думают, делают, стремятся.
Хорошо, что и такие люди есть в моей Шри Ланке, иначе бы жопа.
Одни эмоции.
