Выборы - а чего мы, собственно, хотим. Или "кого выбирать".
Вторая заметка из цикла "мысли о грядущих выборах".
Сложнее для понимания, чем первая.

Теперь вопрос - а чего мы, собственно, добиваемся? Ну, придут коммуняки. Ну, разворуют все. Или придут "СР". Или "Яблоко", Или... Но жить-то проще не станет?
Правильный ответ - безусловно, это правда. Нас не устроит _никакая_ тоталитарная власть. И суть совсем не в том, чтобы сменить ПЖиВ на коммуняк или кого-то еще. Правильное решение - запустить в думу несколько партий, причем так, чтобы их было по возможности одинаковое кол-во. В этом случае произойдет 2 принципиальных изменения:
1) никто не сможет пролоббировать закон, потому что остальные могут объединиться и наложить "вето". Нет "суперсилы", поэтому можно надеяться на совсем честные выборы в следующий раз.
2) каждая партия при этом будет бояться "вылететь" в случае сотворения ею откровенного дерьма, поэтому они начнут соревноваться друг с другом в "услужливости" народу, то есть будут выполнять ту функцию, которую должны. Ок, тут приведу пример. Берут коммуняки (или кто-то еще) и ставят на свои машины +100 мигалок. Ну и лишаются половины мест в думе. Нормально. Поэтому они не будут этого делать. Сейчас ПЖиВ уверена в своих силах и делает все что хочет.
То есть мы получаем качественно другое правительство.

Вопрос 2 - ну и за кого голосовать? Ну это же очевидно, раз мы поняли цель!
* ПЖиВ - вы реально думаете, что надо?
* ЛДПР - эти самые продажные (субъективно), голосовать НЕ надо
* КПРФ - сюда отдадут свои голоса все (ладно, загнул, не все) бабульки из-за ностальгии по СССР. Хотим мы тоталитарную власть? Нет. Чо делаем? Не голосуем.
* Яблоко, СР, остальные - с одной стороны, хочется, чтобы партии в Думе уравновешивали друг друга, и в этом смысле стоит голосовать за СР. НО!!! Вспомните, что людей, голосующих "против ПЖиВ" в районе процентов 50. Цифру, честно говоря, взял из головы, но это не важно - пусть будет 30 или 70. Главное - это много. И в этом смысле если они проголосуют равномерно, это будет только в плюс - больше партий пройдет 4% (вроде, так?) барьер, что тоже хорошо, а если выборы удастся сделать хотя бы частично честными - то все они попадут в Думу, что нам нравится еще больше.
И тут мы вспомним про Навального. Сразу - да, я считаю его очень умным человеком. Заметьте что он сделал, пользуясь своей популярностью - сказал, что "не важно за кого голосовать" (куча голосов распределяется по миноритарным партиям), при этом где-то (даже я не смогу этой записи найти, наверное) упомянул, что несмотря на неидеальность Яблочников, будет сам за них. То есть дал немного больше "Яблоку" - чтобы и они прошли.
Короче - вам это талдычат уже год, но для тех, кто не понял - еще раз прямым текстом - если вы не определились, за кого голосовать - берете бланк, закрываете рукой ПЖиВ, КПРФ, ЛДПР и ставите галочку в любом незакрытом квадратике. Все! Это ясно как пень ;))

Ok, here's an example. Take commies (or someone else) and put on their cars +100 flashing lights. Well, lose half the seats in the Duma. Fine. Therefore, they will not do that. Now PZhiV is confident in her abilities and does everything she wants.
That is, we get a qualitatively different government.
