Friends, probably all my fellow friends, even quite distant ones, heard from me about Pardes, where I spent a year studying Jewish texts and getting to know the diverse Jewish life of the English-speaking world (because the bulk of the students are from there). It was a wonderful year of my life, during which I learned a lot about Jewish texts, Jewish life, and most importantly about myself.
