Миссию по раскрытию сердец и увеличению количества любящих взяли на себя дети. Они приходят в этот мир с тяжёлыми пороками физического тела или заболевают страшными болезнями, требующими дорогостоящего лечения, - для того только, чтобы взрослые, собравшись всем миром, им помогли. Чтобы перестали проходить мимо чужого горя. Чтобы мир стал добрее. Чтобы сердца светились ярче.
Сегодня моя подопечная - Катя. Не просто девочка с потолка, она (точнее, её мама) - знакомая моей одноклассницы. У Кати врождённая аномалия развития дыхательных путей. Сосуд, питающий лёгкие, сжимает трахею, просвет которой составляет всего 4мм. Представьте, что Вы дышите через узенькую трубочку такого диаметра. Катя так живёт все свои 16 месяцев. Малейшая инфекция, банальнейшее ОРВИ - и ребёнок может задохнуться.
Чтобы помочь Кате, нужна сложная операция: пластика трахеи, которая проводится в условиях искусственного кровообращения, плюс перенос сосудов. В России, к сожалению, таких операций не проводят. Катю консультировали очень уважаемые мной врачи ДГБ№1 - но даже их волшебные руки здесь бессильны.
Кате согласны помочь в Германии. Переписка с клиниками ещё ведётся, примерный счёт - 2 миллиона рублей. Как обычно, важна не сумма, а участие! Спасибо за посильную сумму и репост.

To help Katya, a complex operation is needed: trachea plastic surgery, which is performed under cardiopulmonary bypass, plus vascular transfer. In Russia, unfortunately, such operations are not carried out. I was consulted by Katya, very respected doctors of Children's hospital No 1 - but even their magic hands are powerless here.
