С сегодняшнего дня в Москве стартовала реформа наземного общественного транспорта. Там много полезного и интересного и они кажется реально использовали big data при построении новых маршрутов. Вся официальная информация есть здесь http://mos.ru/magistral
Но анонсирование этой истории прошло... никак не прошло. На московском офсайте инфа появилась 4 дня назад, на главной Яндекса и в СМИ - только сегодня. Я не говорю о каких-то предварительных слушаниях, лично мне было бы достаточно наружной рекламы в метро и подробных анонсов в интернете, но не в день старта новых маршрутов, а за пару недель хотя бы. И в Мосгортранс сейчас посыпятся десятки обращений граждан, которые лишились привычных маршрутов и не разобрались. Хотя у московского правительства есть пара телеканалов, миллион поверхностей наружки и еще куча средств для информирования о своих реформах
В общем Максим Ликсутов и Департамент транспорта... хотели как лучше, а получилось...
