Для многих это уже не новость - с октября я не являюсь сотрудником EMC.
За последние годы скопилось несколько проектов, которые хотелось бы сделать основательно, полностью на них сосредоточившись. Поэтому обсуждать мой плавный выход из компании мы с руководством начали еще в марте.
Быстро выйти не удавалось, так как очень хотелось передать все наработки надежному и опытному человеку, причем без потери приемственности.
Такого специалиста, хотя и не без труда, удалось пригласить из концерна Siemens.
Это Инга Петряевкая. У Инги есть уникальный опыт работы в области UR, и что даже более важно - большой интерес и сильная мотивация в этом необычном и стратегически важном деле. Половину авгувста и сентябрь мы плотно работали вместе, так что удалось обеспечить непрерывность процесса и плавную передачу дел.
EMC сильная, быстрая и интересная корпорация с огромным потенциалом, как глобально, так и в России. Люди с которыми я познакомился и работал за это время действительно best in class профессионалы. Степень свободы, котарая дается инициативам сотрудников транслируется непосредственно из штаб-квартиры в US. В такой среде я многому научился.
Взаимодействие EMC и российских университетов продолжает набирать обороты, поэтому чтобы все успевать нужен University Relations Intern.
Итак: Санкт-Петербургский центр разработок компании EMC ищет стажера – координатора по связям с университетами.
Обязанности:
Участие в продвижении технологических решений компании среди университетского сообщества;
Организация интервью стажеров с менеджерами компании (приглашение кандидатов и планирование встреч);
Создание студенческого сообщества;
Помощь в подготовке и проведении PR и маркетинговых мероприятий в ВУЗах;
Обновление информации, относящейся к ВУЗам, на портале компании;
Помощь в подготовке контрактов и других документов по совместной деятельности компании и ВУЗов. Квалификация:
Образование в области Информационных технологий или способности в ней разобраться;
Свободное владение английским языком;
Желателен опыт организации сообществ (даже на очень любительском уровне);
Опыт организации мероприятий с участием студентов и/или преподавателей Университетов;
Опыт активного участия в social media приветствуется;
Хорошие коммуникативные и презентационные навыки. Тип занятости Частичная занятость, гибкий график

The degree of freedom that is given to employee initiatives is broadcast directly from US headquarters. In such an environment, I learned a lot.

Organization of interviews for interns with company managers (inviting candidates and scheduling meetings);
Creating a student community;
Assistance in the preparation and conduct of PR and marketing events at universities;
Updating information related to universities on the company's portal;
Assistance in the preparation of contracts and other documents on the joint activities of the company and universities. Qualification:
Information technology education or ability to understand it;
Fluency in English;
Community organization experience is desirable (even at a very amateur level);
Experience in organizing events with the participation of students and / or university professors;
Experience of active participation in social media is welcome;
