Вчера я узнал новое слово - Senderismo - пешие прогулки по горам )
Такой опыт у меня был впервые и, естественно, пошел я вместе с командой каких-то уж совсем ярых любителей такого "отдыха".
Мы шли просто сквозь лес, лезли по горе, пару раз я ободрал руки о какие то колючки,с утра было холодно, потом жарко, темп других участников был полубеговой, т.е остановиться ,попить воды или сделать фотографии было практически нереально, только на 3-х привалах.
Итого:
22 км.6 часов.Сложность трассы -Средняя, 3 горы, самая высокая Cruz de Juanar (1164 м), две другие были без названия, но мы их прозвали " это что, нам туда ? " (1086м) и " нахрена я сюда вообще пошел" (1074м)
Впринципе, было очень круто, но реально тяжело.
Вид открывался прекрасный, от Гибралтара и гор Африки до Фуенхиролы.
В Испании такой вид отдыха очень популярен, на выходных целые семьи с детьми гуляют по горам и лесам .

This was my first experience and, naturally, I went along with a team of some really ardent lovers of such a "rest".
We just walked through the woods, climbed the mountain, a couple of times I ripped off my hands on some thorns, it was cold in the morning, then it was hot, the pace of the other participants was half-running, that is, it was almost impossible to stop, drink water or take photos, only 3 halts.
Total:
22 km. 6 hours. The complexity of the route is Medium, 3 mountains, the highest Cruz de Juanar (1164 m), the other two were untitled, but we called them “Is this what we got there?” (1086 m) and “why the hell am I here?” generally went "(1074m)
In principle, it was very cool, but really hard.
