День 16. Барселона
В Барселоне никто не говорит об Испании, испанской кухне или культуре, все вывески, указатели, названия улиц, документы и пр. на каталонском языке, а в ресторанах подают блюда каталонской кухни.
Второй пунктик местных - это Гауди. Здесь есть чем гордиться, их можно понять. В городе несколько музеев, связанных с его жизнью и творчеством, и каждое его сооружение превращено в отдельный музей. И везде длиннющие очереди. Но даже если вы не интересуетесь архитектурой и искусством вообще, отстоять очередь и увидеть своими глазами храм Саграда Фамилья точно стоит. Это нечто невообразимое, что даже много пишущему и рассказывавшему историку искусства трудно подобрать слова. Внешний вид таков, что храм кажется слепленным из глины, а башни как из мокрого песка на пляже. Подходя ближе к фасаду, видишь, что все бугорки и неровности - это скульптуры и рельефы на библейские сюжеты. Далее челюсть отвисает прежде всего от размера, ибо снаружи он не ощутим, а внутри колоссален. Потом, офигеваешь от интерьера. Внутри ни одной прямой линии. Колонны-стебли стоят наклонно, ветвятся наверху, расходясь в разные стороны, в них вплетаются винтовые лестницы, пролеты башен, своды, похожие на кристаллы льда, разной формы окна, и все это подсвечено снизу вверх желто-красно-сине-зеленым светом огромных витражей. Космическое ощущение, будто ты в чудесном лесу на планете Пандора из фильма Аватар.
Подлинный лес Гауди - парк Гуэль. Совершенно непонятно, почему запланированные здесь жилые апартаменты не имели спроса у современников и так и не были построены. Ведь место чудесное - террасный парк на склоне зеленого холма с шикарным видом на город и море. Чтобы насладиться этим зеленым оазисом надо приходить до 8 утра, пока прохладно, нет толп туристов, а вход бесплатный. Приятно бродить по аллеям, гротам, слушать чириканье попугаев в пальмах и смотреть, как голуби купаются в поливалках.
