Even I don't really like intensive fitness, but my husband loves. I prefer relax and yoga, so after cycling we also visited yoga class together ????

Я ещё раз убедилась, что интенсивные тренировки - это не мое, когда сердце заставляют биться чаще обычного, мне кажется это вообще не полезно. Зато мужу нравится, он даже оделся ярко как спортсмен ради такого случая. Вот йога и Релакс - это мое. ????Поэтому после сайкла пошли ещё на йогу с мужем.
Хотели ещё после йоги съесть шоколадный шар в кафешке рядом, но кафе было закрыто ???? ????
Придётся завтра ещё раз ехать ????
