Время собрать разбросанные мысли и подвести итоги. Билеты на три прощальных концерта HIM я купила ещё в марте.
Тогда казалось, что всё это — в далёкой дали, и мы с друзьями смешно суетимся. Но 9 месяцев пролетели мгновенно.
По-настоящему осознаёшь, что происходит, когда уже стоишь в отвоёванном первом ряду ДК Ленсовета, прямо по центру — и любимая группа перед тобой как на ладони. Ощущения обостряются, потому что близко, потому что напротив, потому что последние концерты, последний порыв у тебя и у них.
Оба концерта в Петербурге я провела в первом ряду по центру, в Москве отдыхала подальше в толпе — и каждый раз оказался по-своему прекрасен. На первом ребята были больше в себе, но трогательнее — словно немного робели, не знали, что ожидать. Но эмоции зрителей не оставили их безучастными. Уже на второй песне, когда под "Heartache every moment" зал поднял картинки с хартаграммами и зажёг фонарики, Вилле радостно заулыбался и попросил сфотографировать всю эту красоту. Потом становилось всё лучше и лучше. Хорошо стоять близко: можно было увидеть, как Вало после хорового пения "Join me" отодвигает микрофон ото рта и одними губами произносит "I love you".
Это были одни из лучших концертов группы за последнее время. Вилле подвержен настроениям, поэтому раз на раз не приходится, он мог просто отработать концерт без эмоций и особого старания. Но сейчас был не тот случай: вся группа отдалась драйву, Вилле пел со вкусом, объёмно, распевался всё лучше с каждым концертом, и в Москве, пожалуй, достиг вершины. "Gone with the sin" звучала почти как старые лайвы 2000-х, когда он был наиболее в форме. И это раскатистое "р", очень любимое у Вало.
"Russia, — говорил он, - R-r-r-russia". Кажется, это "r" у финнов в крови, потому что приходит с любовью, с "rakkaus".
Jykevää on rakkaus, так сильна любовь. "Спасибо, что любите нас, — говорит Вилле, — но мы любим вас намного больше. Невозможно посчитать, насколько".
Я бывала на многих концертах, но не везде видишь и чувствуешь зал, который раз за разом сливается в едином порыве и чутко отзывается на музыку, отдаёт все эмоции, весь свой восторг, всё, что имеет. В толпе я ощущала себя себя среди единомышленников, а не просто людей, пришедших на концерт.
Отдельное почтение художнику по свету. Свет был волшебным: то отражался от дисковых шаров и мягко струился по залу, то расчерчивал контрастом и яркостью, то бил прямо в глаза, обволакивал и слепил — сквозь белый свет виднелись только силуэты музыкантов.

Я полюбила HIM с 2004 года. Первой песней, которую я услышала, была "Funeral of hearts", но группа зацепила с "Right here in my arms". В первый раз в своей жизни я поехала за границу именно в Хельсинки, в Тавастию, к HIM на Новый год. Благодаря HIM я полюбила Финляндию, заинтересовалась готической субкультурой, узнала новую музыку и, что самое важное, познакомилась со многими замечательными людьми, с которыми мы до сих пор близки и вместе (<3). 13 лет in joy and sorrow эта группа так или иначе была со мной. Они подарили мне эмоции, загадки, фантазии, вдохновение, чувства, воспоминания, свет, грусть, страсть, веселье, приключения, которые я могу просматривать в своей памяти как альбом, о которых могу рассказывать и писать. Которые теперь неразрывно связаны с моей жизнью — и это хорошо.
Мне очень жаль, что HIM решили закончить свою карьеру, но спасибо им за всё то, что навсегда останется со мной. Надеюсь, это не конец и будет новое начало. Спасибо, Вилле, Микко, Микко и Мика (Линде, Миже и Гас), Янне (Бартон), новичок Юкка (Космо), экс-клавишник Юсси (Золтан) и остальные бывшие участники.
P.S. Отдельное киитос моим дарлингам и свитхартам за то, что мы вместе ринулись в последнее HIM-приключение. Love you, это было прекрасно и невероятно душевно. :)

Time to gather scattered thoughts and take stock. I bought tickets for three HIM farewell concerts back in March.
Then it seemed that all this was in the distant distance, and my friends and I were ridiculously laughing. But 9 months flew by instantly.
You really realize what happens when you are already standing in the conquered first row of the Leningrad City Palace of Culture, right in the center - and your favorite group is in full view of you. Sensations are aggravated, because it’s close, because on the contrary, because the last concerts, the last rush in you and them.
I held both concerts in St. Petersburg in the front row in the center, in Moscow I rested away in the crowd - and each time I turned out to be beautiful in my own way. At the first, the guys were more in themselves, but more touching - as if a little timid, did not know what to expect. But the emotions of the audience did not leave them indifferent. Already on the second song, when under the “Heartache every moment” the hall raised pictures with heartagrams and lit lanterns, Ville smiled happily and asked to photograph all this beauty. Then it got better and better. It’s good to stand close: you could see how Valo, after the choir song “Join me”, pushes the microphone away from his mouth and with his lips says “I love you”.
These were some of the best concerts of the group in recent times. Ville is prone to moods, so once a time is not necessary, he could simply work out a concert without emotions and special efforts. But now was not the case: the whole group gave in to the drive, Ville sang with taste, volume, sang better with every concert, and in Moscow, perhaps, reached the top. "Gone with the sin" sounded almost like the old live of the 2000s, when he was most in shape. And this is a rolling "r", very beloved by Valo.
"Russia," he said, "R-r-r-russia." It seems that the Finns have “r” in their blood, because it comes with love, with “rakkaus”.
Jykevää on rakkaus, love is so strong. “Thank you for loving us,” says Ville, “but we love you much more. It is impossible to calculate how much.”
I have been to many concerts, but you don’t see and feel the hall everywhere, which merges in a single impulse and sensitively responds to music, gives all emotions, all your enthusiasm, everything that it has. In the crowd, I felt myself among like-minded people, and not just people who came to the concert.
Special respect to the lighting artist. The light was magical: it was sometimes reflected from disk balls and gently flowed around the hall, then it was drawn with contrast and brightness, then it hit right in the eyes, enveloped and blinded - only the silhouettes of musicians were visible through the white light.

I have loved HIM since 2004. The first song I heard was "Funeral of hearts", but the band hooked with "Right here in my arms". For the first time in my life, I went abroad precisely to Helsinki, to Tavastia, to HIM for the New Year. Thanks to HIM, I fell in love with Finland, became interested in the Gothic subculture, learned new music and, most importantly, met many wonderful people with whom we are still close and together (<3). For 13 years in joy and sorrow this group has been with me anyway. They gave me emotions, puzzles, fantasies, inspiration, feelings, memories, light, sadness, passion, fun, adventures that I can see in my memory as an album that I can talk about and write about. Which are now inextricably linked with my life - and that's good.
I am very sorry that HIM decided to end their career, but thank them for everything that will remain with me forever. I hope this is not the end and there will be a new beginning. Thanks, Ville, Mikko, Mikko and Mika (Linda, Mizhe and Gus), Janne (Barton), newcomer Jukka (Cosmo), ex-keyboard player Jussi (Zoltan) and other former members.
