Денёк вчера был долгий. Пришёл домой в 3:30. В целом на нашем УИК 1942 всё прошло вполне корректно. Было две жалобы (неполная информация об одном из кандидатов, поправили, и ошибка в одной из книг, тоже поправили). На вызов приехало три полковника =).
Довольно быстро посчитали губернаторские и досрочку по нему, долго считали муниципалов (там 23 кандидата у нас было), на досрочку нас не хватило (хотя была возможность посчитать её "на халяву", но мне не удалось донести это до председателя).
В результате ксерокс был уже закрыт (в кабинете директора школы) и копии желающим мы не выдали, хотя готовы были подписать рукописные копии, но никто на это не пошёл. Председатель будет выдавать сегодня, но уже без печати... Надо отметить, что наблюдателей было >10 (т.к. много кандидатов).
Было много людей по допсписку. Связанно это видимо было с тем, что наш паспортный стол не передал сведения о регистрации за 2012 год. Я тоже был в допсписке на 1943.
Основной поток людей был после окончания детского концерта, который был специально под выборы устроен. В остальном явка была довольно небольшая - 13% (это с учётом того, что количество жителей занижено за счёт отсутствия регистраций за 2012 г).
По соседним УИКам (1943, 1923, 1924) всё было хуже, хотя, насколько я понимаю, серьёзных нарушений с подсчётом не было. Зато процессуально там всё было очень далеко от идеала. На 1923 и 1924 почти не было наблюдателей и там всё завершилось на быстром подсчёте. После этого комиссия подписала пустые протоколы и разбежалась, а председатель и секретарь остались "сводить соотношения". За тем, чтобы кол-во голосов не изменилось следили сами кандидаты (их на том округе всего 8), но уж насколько честно там написано кол-во голосов по книгам - не известно.
На 1943 (тот же округ) было ещё больше наблюдателей, а председателем был завуч. У них что-то не сошлось, и вместо того, чтобы всё осмыслить аккуратно, они стали записывать утраченные бюллетени в недействительные, а потом и вовсе предложили разделить эти 8 голосов между всеми кандидатами. [id34787|Катя] (была представителем СМИ) попыталась вмешаться, но все наблюдатели встали на сторону комиссии, и комиссия её удалила. Видимо после муниципалов она также распустила комиссию и осталась "сводить соотношения", т.к. потом её ещё пришлось консультировать по этому поводу.
Общее ощущение от соседних комиссий - непрофессионализм, нежелание думать и желанием побыстрее сбежать. Жлоб, который мне угрожал, разговаривал с председателями всех комиссий, но ни одна из них не сказала мне, кто это. А полицейский с 1943 даже врал, что такого разговора не было, хотя там было дофига свидетелей со стороны наблюдателей.
Написал всё это и заглянул в ГАС Выборы. Жлоб своего достиг, во всех трёх оставшихся УИК-ах пошли на фальсификацию: пятое фото - это фото увеличенной копии протокола с 1943. Там видно, что количество голосов за Полтавченко - это 374. В ГАС Выборы красуется 1136. Мрази. Копии протокола они отказались выдавать, т.к. у них "не было ксерокса", хотя я этим ксероксом пользовался с разрешения этого завуча - председателя 1943 УИК.

Apparently, after the municipalities, she also dismissed the commission and remained "to reduce ratios", since then she still had to advise on this.
